Good quality groceries and good service. Keeps items in stock much better than Walmart supercenter. More expensive on sum things, cheaper on others.

Every visit it is obvious that Brookshire is not customer friendly / user friendly. Next thing may be the unloading of the truck to get specials. I used to like going to Brookshire. First you need a card to save....ok i get that...then they begin to eliminate cashiers making you do your own thing. And Now you need a phone app to get instore advertsed store specials. It gets worse. When we downloaded the app they said we needed, it did not work and store workers could not help us. We left the special item behind.I am rethinking where to go as my grocery store. I plan to drive the extra distance and shop HEB or Alberson's. Customer service Brookshire remember what it is?

Shay at customer service is extremely rude and very lazy she does not want to do anything until 9:00 a.m. on the DOT and also she has a very poor attitude. I will be happy when there are no brookshire's left in Weatherford

Employees are always so nice. I can usually find what I need with minimal assistance. But if I need help the Employees are always welling to take me directly to what I'm looking for.

It's what I expect from Brookshires. Not too different from the experience in the 90s. Prices aren't the best, but service is slightly better than Walmart.

Well it used to be a nice and friendly store. I was not greeted or even acknowledge during my visit. I am on a cane and disabled cashier just threw all all my bags and receipt on counter. For me to carry with no basket. Then, No thank you no have a nice day. Sadly I will not be back to this location and will not refer anyone.

I love love love Brookshire's! I've been shopping here for years! The staff are always so friendly and helpful, the deals are great, and everything is nice and easy to find. I shop here almost weekly, it's just so convenient for a quick stop in when you need it! My only wish is that they would bring back those adorable tiny carts they once had! My kids used to have such fun with them, we definitely miss them. (pic from 2018)

Every time I go to Brookshire's, I am never let down! The employees are always plentiful and very polite! They definitely have the best meat selection and prices in town! Parking is an easy in and easy out and always plenty of parking spaces.

Skip the deli. I've never gotten such old nasty food in my life. Second time I've got in Tatiana's line. First time she was rude, v thought maybe she was just having a bad day, we all have them. Second time, nope, now a bad day, just get normal unfriendly personality. Nope who I'd having represent. Kinda done with Brookshires.

Always a nice place to shop, never hurts to have someone carry your grocery cart out and help you unload everything, not to mention take the cart back for you. Customer service is decent at worst. Been a shopper here for years.
