They close down super early on weekends, even after you schedule an appointment. Get there early on Saturdays or you’ll miss out .

The “assistant manager” gave my son his first haircut. She COMPLETELY messed his haircut up. She just went to chopping his hair off. Didn’t blend anything. She missed all kinds of hair. His hair was uneven in spots. We didn’t notice until we got home with him. We got a refund of the $17. But she personally would not give the $10 tip back. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone especially if you have a young child. This place is TRASH. If I could give 0 stars I would. Service: Haircut

While getting my haircut I feel asleep the hair stylist kept cutting by hair. Cut hair off the top when she wasn't supposed to now the back of my head is shaved to the crown...I'll never go back

I don't really care to go to the orange location..I got a fade to get home and realize it look like a forest Gump haircut.. Twice this has happened

Got a hair cut and beard and m have two cold sores on my top lip. Terrible sanitation. They obviously don't clean anything I will never be back. If you value your health you will never go here. Cold sore factory is all the his place is Service: Buzz cut

Why take appointments on the app? I set my appointment on the app, got to the location and was the next one in line. The stylist came to the register and notified me the guy behind me had requested her and had been sitting in the lobby so she was gonna take him before me. This was their 2nd chance they had with me, I'd stop going months ago and decided try it again, i will never go back.

Went in without appointment and it was not busy. I was politely greeted and in the chair quickly. I signed up as a new customer. I asked for a hair was since it was midday and didn’t want to itch. At the end, she comped the wash for free for being a new client. I was very happy.

Great place to get your hair cut. Wait times vary tho depending on the time of day. Cynthia cuts my hair the best. But all stylist are great and super friendly. They always have plenty of stylist on duty. The hot towel and shampoo is great. Prices aren't too high either.
