I think they need some serious help staff wise. Orders have been taking at least 20 mins for a drink and corn dog. I stop by almost every day for breakfast and my order is wrong at least 3 out of 5 days.

Pickle fries were on point, drink was good. They were short staffed but the owner stepped up and got business taken care of. Huge kudos to the owner.

Ordered Breakfast but it was after 10 am so not busy. It took 16 minutes to deliver the food to the car. The order was correctly made but the sausage patty was cold. So I waited to eat until I arrived home to microwave Croissant sausage breakfast sandwiches. I was a little disappointed.

1st time here in 2010. Great store over the years !!! We enjoy the treats, location, friend crew, management. Just so glad to have this particular Sonic 😌 ☺️ 😊 😅

Absolutely the worst experience at any Sonic. I ordered a #1 cheeseburger. No vegetables at all no mayo nothing. My husband ordered all American dog. Asked for jalapenos. And pickle fries. The pickle fries was all they got right!

went on Sunday, from start to finish it was aggravating to say the least, used drive thru due to staffing issues, no worries but guy working couldnt even take my order properly till I had to go and correct order at the window, then I had no forks no napkins order was just wrong also no ranch like we had requested worst Sonic I have ever been to.

i ordered my food and it took them 20 minutes to take my order there was a tall young lady with long hair taking nothing but drinks out and i waited another 15 minutes for her to bring my food out i am not one to complain but there needs to be more people out there then just one person bringing orders out my food was cold by the time she brought it out

Waited in line for 20 minutes ordered two hot fudge sundaes and they say they're out of icecream. How does a Sonic not have icecream at 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon???

Specifically ask for q drink to be made a certain way. It did not show correctly on the screen. I told him so he said it was correct.When it can I could tell by looking it was not correct as I get the same thing elsewhere every day. Sure enough it was not right. He did not offer to make it right. I just paid and told him I will not be back. Poured it out. Went to where they can follow directions. I am not going to pay 5.00 for a drink and can't have it like I ask for it!! Also very nasty screens!

Kala was so disrespectful and rude. Waited for food 5:48 to 6:23 for a blast, cheese sticks and a number 7. She threw the bag onto the counter. No sauce, no napkins, no nothing. The way she behaved made we worried about what she did to the food that I threw it in the trash. Beware! Horrible service.
