Had a great dinner here tonight. The massuman curry is great, and my husband had delicious thick spicy noodles... I can't remember the name sorry.. It was so great! We love Thai food and it seems like most Thai restaurants often have the same items, which taste very similar, not this restaurant. It tastes like they have tweaked the recipes to perfection, and they have some items in this menu other Thai places don't offer. I'm excited to come back again to try more. They offer carry out as well.

This is our first time visiting SOMTUM. I will start by saying that our curries were delicious. We got a pineapple and a masaman. They were both served piping hot, and the serving sizes were huge. We could have easily split one. It's okay though because my husband loves leftovers. We also ordered some vegetable egg rolls which were less satisfying. They were cold on the inside. The wait for our food was excessive, and the service was not very friendly or helpful. We waited for about 25 minutes to receive our order. They do a pretty decent takeout business, and they were obviously understaffed. I think takeout is a better choice from this location, because the seating capacity is very limited. Much of the seating that was available was being used by people waiting for their takeout orders.

All I’ve tried yet are the Massaman Curry and Pad Thai, but both were DELICIOUS! I’m so glad to have found this place. The prices are a little expensive, but the portion sizes are more than generous. If you love Thai food, then you’ll love this place.

I’ve seen so many positive reviews of this place so we decided to try it out. We got the pad Thai and unfortunately, it was not great there didn’t seem like there was a lack of meat or anything but it didn’t taste like pad Thai at all. Neither of us finished our meal. The portions are big but that doesn’t mean a lot when it isn’t good lol The shrimp rolls were pretty bad as well. They were just a piece of shrimp wrapped in an egg roll. All in all we probably won’t be going here again. If I want Thai food I would get it elsewhere.

I REALLY WANTED to give a good review but I just can’t do it. The food was very tasteless, rice was mushy and the noodle dish smelled like/tasted like a wet sponge/rag when it doesn’t dry out and gets that funky smell. I was expecting A LOT more flavor. The curry dish I got was just OK but everything else was quite disgusting. A friend of mine told me last year not to go but I still wanted to try it for myself You definitely need to add more flavor in my opinion. Would love to try it again but even when I was heating up the noodles, they smelt like wet rags and then when it tasted like it, I couldn’t do it anymore. I’ve had lots of oriental food and this place has a lot of work to do. I’m very hesitant to spend another $50-$60 if this is what I’ll get again Not to mention that we barely got any meat with our dish. Mostly just bad tasting noodles and rice cooked too long Oriental Garden in Nephi was a very surprising find. I would MUCH RATHER drive an hour each way just to eat there even though I can walk to this restaurant in Eagle Mountain

I wanted to try restaurants around Eagle Mountain and wanted stop by and try this place! My family and I love Thai food and when we arrived the restaurant was very clean and nice looking. The owner let us know how much he cares about making the dishes fresh and even went out of his way to educate us on the spice level choices. I ordered the Pineapple Curry and the Mango Sticky Rice. The food was great and I will definitely be going again!

Great little spot! The Pad Thai and Panang Curry were both delicious! One of the few places that actually gives you enough rice with your order of curry. Mango sticky rice is seasonal, but that's how it is at most places that do it well. Only wish they had a good red curry as well... That's my only reason for 4 stars. Add Red curry and this place is a solid 5 star for the food. Regardless, we'll definitely be back!

I have never eaten such fresh and flavorful Asian food before. I am pretty certain that this place is the best place that I have ever eaten food from. My kids are crazy about it too. The portions are huge, so we always have leftovers!

Really good Thai food! I’ve had their dumplings (freshly cooked), egg rolls, yellow curry with chicken, chicken fried rice, and pad Thai with beef, and I have enjoyed every single one! You can add spice to your entrees as well, which is a plus for me. I always go with a level 8 spice (1-10). I’ve only been able to do take out, and sometimes it’s a long wait time, but I think it’s usually because we get their dumplings, and it may take more time to make. The portions are pretty large, and we are able to save half of our entrees to eat another day, which makes the price that much better. This is my wife’s favorite Thai place by far.
