I was able to walk in, deposit a check and get quarters very easily. There is a limit on coins. The teller was very nice. There's a scale in the lobby so I was able to weigh myself, which was a quirky twist to my visit.

If you enjoy having your payroll checks put on hold for more than the 24hrs that yiu are told than maybe this is the bank for you. However if you are like me and need your money when you are paid don't use chase bank!

Absolute worst financial institution I have ever been to. Came in to make a simple withdrawal and was treated as if I was a suspicious individual. I came in to make a withdrawal like I typically would every month. This time however, I was treated in such a rude and unprofessional manner that I wish I could rate the manager and teller who work there with negative stars. When I came to this location to make a a withdrawal they decided they wanted two forms of identification. I was confused as to why all of a sudden they needed two forms of Identification when I have withdrawn significantly larger amounts with my same Utah Drivers license. Baffled I asked why that was to which the teller and the manager stated that it would depend on my account. Once again, I was confused since I carry larger balances in both my other Chase accounts. In an attempt to understand why I was being so restricted out of no where, I asked what my limit on withdrawls would be with just my one form of identification, both the teller and manager stated they didn't know. I finally decided to withdraw just enough for lunch in which case the teller rolled her eyes and was rude upon my departure. The kicker from all of this is that the funds I was trying to withdrawal were the remaining funds from a check I had brought in a few weeks earlier and that this same location had offered to cash for me with just my driver's license.

Customer service at this location is not what you should expect from a bank. Government institutions offer much better customer service than these guys. They asked me to go to a branch in Bountiful to get a one page doc printed from a recently closed account. And, as you may be able to see, I'm not the only one giving them the lowest score! I try to avoid this location like the plague! Every time I have to stop there due to convenience, something not so comfortable happens with the quality of their service. I suggest getting a new branch manager or something and make it more customer friendly environment!

Andrew Marx is the best!!!! He was super personable and helped me set my account up today! Chase hires the best, and really focuses on customer service. I’ve had only good experiences from this location!

I came to this chase to apply for a Sapphire credit card. Andrew Marx was really nice and knowledgeable - he took a later lunch break so that he could meet with us and went above and beyond in not only providing us with the necessary information and advice but also called to ensure our approval status right away and provide rushed shipping for our card. He even gave us great advice for hikes to do on our way to the Grand Tetons!

Came in this location to cash a check, because it was a Chase bank check, I didn't have time to go to my bank and I wanted the cash, well the tellers were nice but there was a problem with the check it was drawn on a stock account no big deal I thought well the manager came up started to question the check treating me like I made a fake check once they determined it was real we called the place who gave me the check chase bank stillhad issues with it. So I told them give it back they wasted to much of my time, I ended up going to my bank and deposit I to my account no problems at all. Chase this is another reason I dumped your bank years ago and took my personal and business accounts to wells Fargo. You people are the worst of the worst and to treat a person like a criminal. Is out of line.

I have been working with Andrew Marx to receive past bank statements for 3 different accounts, with over 5 years of statements. Needless to say I am sure this is a huge pain for him and the branch, and he has went out of his way to be super helpful, and has made sure I have received all requested documents, despite technical difficulties. He is fantastic! If you are looking for a banker... I would highly recommend him, he really pays attention to detail and ensures customer service at its best! Thanks again for making such a stressful situation go as smoothly as possible!
