The worst bank location I've ever been to. Two tellers behind the window and I'm the only customer waiting. After 30 min of waiting right in front of them I ran out of time and left. They are beyond arrogant and disrespectful they should be fired at will. Don't go here.

If I could give a negative 5 star review, I would. I went in, stood in line for a half hour, only 3 people in front of me, and two tellers behind the stand, tried to approach the bankers desk, because I did not need a tellers assistance, and the security guard aggressively told me to go wait in line- After waiting in line and chatting with a teller I was told that they wouldn't be able to add me to an already existing personal account, I arrived at the branch at 11am and they weren't closing till 2pm. The service was AWFUL, rude, cold, and extremely unprofessional. One of the tellers went into the back room for almost 10 minutes to avoid assisting clients. I do not recommend banking with Chase, and if you do, avoid the branch off Redwood and 3500 s, WVC, UT

After calling in and speaking to multiple phone line representatives on the phone lines over the course of a month, I finally went into a branch to see if they could help me in person. The manager, Daisy, is sweet as can be and did her absolute best to help me and fought for me over the phone lines. I would give Daisy alone five stars, but I would give Chase itself one star for how they have handled my situation. I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend that anyone who is reading this take their business to a bank that is local to their area as well instead of a mega corporation like chase. Chase does not care about you and they will steal your money given the chance.

Arrived at Chase for a 200pm appointment at 2:05pm. *Chase employee was still helping her 1:30pm appointment. We were told we had to wait until after she helped her 230pm appointment because they had arrived earlier. She said she would call us when she was free later. An hour and a half later we received a call from her. Unacceptably poor customer service under these circumstances by the manager Josil Aular. Past experiences had been good at this branch.

Slowest bank tellers EVER!! If you are an educated business minded person you will find everything but that here in both the clientele and employees. I will gladly drive farther west or east to state street to have quick banking done by a facility that is civilized enough to have an atm in the drive thru- a modern atm at that! This location lacks a lot of new advancements that most Chase banks have, including a notary. I guess they just like to match the community of this area.

Then moved to West Valley City so I go here now ! They are very kind considerate & very helpful to me & my family! I want to thank you for your Great Customer service ✌🏻

I have been banking with chase for 11 years and loved it however I had some fraud on my account which froze my account. I filed police reports and brought them in they told me it would be a couple weeks before they get them released. I have since then gone in atleast once a week and they still keep telling me they are working on it or the fraud specialist is out of the office. It has now been 3 months and nothing is happening I am a single mom and really need my money. Do not bank with chase go somewhere else that will handle everything the correct way!

Jasmine Ruiz is the most incompetent person at Chase I have ever met. She thinks she knows everything but yet, it doesn't seem like she knows anything. They need to move her out before she ruins business for the branch

This branch harassed and embarrassed my employee when he went in to cash his check on Saturday December 9th. I am embarrassed to be a Chase customer for the way he was treated. The branch on 2700 S and State Street is very welcoming to anyone and everyone. I suggest anyone needing to do business with Chase go there.
