Ive been here probably 4 times for my various chevy cruze issues including a state inspection, check engine light/coolant sensor replacement, window regulator replacement, oil change and I had an issue with my windshield wiper. Ive been really happy with them because whatever issue they fix is fixed (nothing has suddenly started breaking a week later) and they also fixed my windshield wiper no charge while doing an oil change. From what I can tell this is a very professional place that wants to do things right the first time so I will definitely come back next time my car has an issue.

J&L Service Center has been working on our vehicles for 20+ years. Our vehicles have been kept safe and reliable due to them for that whole time. We always try to get close to 300,000 miles on them before having to part ways. Dave, Sharon, Seth, Matt, Steve, Julie, Erin and everyone else that works there help us do that. J&L is reliable, cost effective, friendly, clean and knowledgeable.

Had my rear brakes replaced. They did a great job, and also found the reason why they needed replacing. The break pin box froze up. Not due to the cold. Awesome job and their customer service is great.

I had to have my car towed fron St Albans to Colchester. I only had to wait about 45 minutes. The mechanic came and hooked up my car and gave us a ride home. He was very very pleasant. I highly recommend using their services.5 stars

I'm sorry but love them, they have helped me with my car, many times and their staff is terrific. I love hanging out their while they fix my car because you can joke around with them. They are real people they don't act fake like a lot of businesses, and if you go their alot they treat you like family. They all just rock. They are great at answering questions and everything. If you are looking for a great place to get your car fixed this is the place!!!!!!!!!!

I've been going here for various services the last 6 years and there have been good experiences and bad. Everything from state inspections to full engine rebuild. The owner and his wife are kind people who try their hardest to provide good customer service, especially to loyal customers. But I doubt the honesty of the mechanics, who seem to blame the customer if something isn't working properly (rather than admit fault). My husband had to take his car in FOUR times to have tires changed/rebalanced because it was done wrong the first time. We ended up taking it elsewhere and they had no issues correcting the wobbling sensation driving at high speeds. Overall, I'd consider taking my vehicle here again for mechanical issues but not maintenance.
