Destroyed my tailgate on trailer. Tried to deal with there insurance and still waiting to get my trailer fixed. They tried to drive a forklift up a mesh wire tailgate and after it happen I got a oh sorry.

Customer service at this store is always excellent. Always a greeting when you walk in. We love this particular Tractor Supply. I have been to a bunch of these stores, but this one in particular is a step above the best. Go there and see for yourself.

St.albans store-I can't thank you enough!! Thank you so much! 💓 it was the first time I took my adopted dog 🐕 Bronx in and he is very hyper at times(he's learning) all of the employees where amazing! Came up and made him feel welcome as well ☺️ I was letting him pick out his own treats/snacks. Even at the checkout employees were coming up to him( he was very overwhelmed by all the delish smells) we definitely will be back!! I'm pretty sure this his favorite store!! 😍

I like their manager Chris and Gene but the rest of of the people like Craig is rude and talks down to women, and the dude at the register Ryan with glasses omg he is rude and he never knows what your asking so why ask him and he has been their longer then most. Things are usually not priced right. But they do have great Christmas toys for kids.

Went to TS today to buy a 60 gallon compressor, the person who “helped” me I believe was a man named david, he was incredibly rude and unprofessional and had no idea what he was talking about when I was asking questions about compressors. Very disappointed with my visit today, not sure if I will bring my business there again, witch is unfortunate because it is so close to my shop.

I went there with my two young children on the day of the shot clinic for animal, while walking into the store my daughter was bitten and jumped on by a large mix breed pit bull. Both the dog owner and the employee at the time, Greg acted like it was not big deal, did I mention my daughter is 7? Clearly a puncture wound and I get asked to leave because I am requesting the dog owners information??? I know I will no longer be supporting our local TSC. What a disgusting way to treat a customer, if it was not for bystanders coming forward to say something and calling the police and ambulance I don't know what I would of done, so thank you to those people.......
