Me and my friend came into this establishment and I instantly felt the negative vibes. The workers making our food kept glaring at us and talked to us like we were stupid. We didn’t get half of the stuff we ordered and it was very unorganized. The lady didn’t make our food until she asked us if she should start making our order. Definitely needs some TLC! Great food, horrible staff.

I come in a few times a month and the two teenage boys working the at the registers are always kind and quick to make me laugh. You can tell the staff at this establishment is a family, and the store is always clean. Coffees are made fresh for you if they're out or cold, and the Amatos is to die for! Me and my family will be returning in the future. Look out for the gnomes!

Employees do not wear masks, and loudly spout anti-science nonsense. Highly recommend stopping somewhere else, this place is unsafe. If you are looking to catch covid, this is your place.

This place is great if you enjoy being screamed and swore at by the terrible excuse for a staff. I will never set foot in this place again.

Maplefields in Woodstock, vt should really get people to work in the deli that are not grouchy and actually will do their job! I go there almost daily every week for lunch and the ladies working the deli are so mean and grouchy, if they dont feel like making something you request they will tell you they dont have any! They are very rude when talking to customers and really should not be allowed to work with the public if they cant handle doing so! I've never had a business refuse to serve me so dam much and its frustrating! Especially as I go back to work hangry cuz they cant handle putting wings un the dam oven!

good food, seating, quick service. however, i’ve had a few encounters with rude workers but other workers handled it well and were very nice.

Good coffee selection and clean store but why advertise you close at 12 when you lock the doors 5 or 10 minutes before 12. This is the 4th time I've come minutes before 12 and the door is locked while the employee inside is mopping.

The two cashiers working were excellent and wonderful, their customer service was awesome. However, the lady working the Amato’s was very disrespectful to my friends I was with. She kept glaring at them and even threw their pizzas down on the counter even though they had their hands out to grab them and thank her. I did the same thing and she politely handed my pizza to me. Had to return to the store later that night (one friend won a few dollars on her lottery ticket and wanted refund for undercooked pizza), the same woman kept glaring at my friend yet again. I’m not one to make things about race, but I can’t think of any reason why my friends were treated differently than me. Not cool. Will be calling the place on Monday to discuss matters further.

A good convenience store with good deli options for something on the go. Or you can sit down in their semi-private dining area near the windows in the back.
