I would leave 0 stars if possible. Food was never delivered despite saying it was. Called to try to get refund, no answer.

My order was supposed to be ready 15 minutes before my arrival and once I arrived to the restaurant, they haven’t even started to make my pizza. One cashier said to another customer not to come again who was also upset with late preparation. So rude staff and all slow process. Everyone who comes to restaurant complains for late preparation!!

Ordered two pizzas, they both arrive one is wrong. Delivery guy argues with me until he reads the receipt. Says he’ll call the store. I call the store and can’t reach anyone on the manager’s line, so I call to order a pizza and request to speak to a manager. The girl picks up, I say I want to speak to a manager, and she transfers me. The line cuts me off after waiting for 10 minutes. I drive over to the store to speak with the manager… walk inside to the domino’s to a girl on the phone. I say I’m here to speak to a manager, she says there isn’t one on duty. I say “so you put me on hold knowing there wasn’t a manager?” She grins real big and says sorry… I told her to just refund my whole order, which she did. She didn’t even ask any more questions because she knew she had messed up. That’s the only reason they get one star, I was refunded. Although if I could give zero or negative stars, I would.

Don’t walk out of the parking lot if your pizza isn’t ready yet - this place will have your vehicle towed even if you are a Dominos customer. Find a different Dominos.

Called them three times and no one would ever pick up. I finally got through to what appeared to be a call center and the lady told me they close at 10pm even though the website and their front door says they close at 1am. So, I decided to walk in since I saw what appeared to be a custom standing in line waiting on an order. The employee looked at and said "are you waiting on something." I said I want to order. He replied, "we're clos.e at 11pm. Never again. This place needs to be shutdown!

This is the second time I have ordered delivery from Dominos on Colombia Pike. I'm charged over $6 dollars for a service charge. So in turn I do not tip because I'm being charged an extra $6 dollars already. When I sign the check the delivery driver tries to keep my pizza and harasses me. I have literally almost had to get into a physical altercation with this guy to get my food. Then he continues to call me after he leaves. (1) if the driver needs more money give them the service charge or pay them more and (2) hire decent individuals that are good human beings. Not that hard to not harass customers after they have paid an extra 6 dollars more than the pizza price for a pizza to be delivered. Pathetic...

I had my pizza delivered today. I should have looked at it before I took it. The pizza was delivered in great time, HOWEVER this location is definitely cutting corners. The pizza was SUPER DRY! They hardly put any cheese on it all all. Last time they did the same thing and I thought I would give them another try, but this seems to be normal for this location. I was looking forward to the pizza too only to be disappointed that it was not the Domino standard.

I have been waiting over an hour and have called the store multiple times. Who wants to eat pizza at 10pm at this point. It said for 15 min the driver is in my neighborhood. I walked all around and I don’t see any car in my condominium with a Domino sign. $40 down the drain. Again I’m on hold as I am typing this and I have still yet to reach anyone. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FOOD. Update I got a refund but now I’m going to bed hungry.

Come in ask for my order to pick up since it said online was ready. Cook goes to the back and was there for 5-10mins while the phone was ringing like crazy. I yelled and said your phone is ringing and the girl states oh don't worry about. She stated she was the only one working there with the new pizza guy. Then a couple seconds later a guy pops out from the back to see what's going on he had glasses. Now to mention when looking for my order it wasn't together they were scrambled all over. Management needs to retrain or CORPORATE needs to intervene.

Asked for extra garlic seasoning since they never season the crust. Instead they added the sauce right then and there in front of me like adding cold sloppy joe. they squirted cold garlic sauce all over the pizza and it looked gross. Also there always out of extra toppings whenever I want. Barely any cheese as well. For a pizza place they sure don’t know how to make the most basic pizzas. UPDATE: contacted their support per their response below and they never got back to me. Second update: they lied and said they’d send coupons but never sent them. This place is awful AVOID. Any pizza is better than this place.
