Thankful I ordered carryout- because ignorance is bliss with delivery. Establishment smelled of dirty mop water and employees were both unmasked and ungloved. Observed employee go from sprinkling cheese on pizza, to touching computer screen in front, and returning to making pizza. Very little handwashing (or any washing) appears to take place here

Delivery driver demanded I give him a higher tip to get my order. And then forgot part of my order. This place is a complete joke.

When I arrived for pickup after placing my order over the phone, they informed me that it had been canceled. Sales clerk said any order placed after 10 pm apparently be automatically canceled by the system. This problem is occurring from last two months but it has not been resolved yet. How shame it is they are not been able to communicate with customer service who answer the call for pickup order.

Every time I go in to pick up pizza here there is a problem. First they couldn't get my gift card to work. Today they mixed up my pizzas and I didn't realize until I got back to work with them. Better to just order from another store. Manager is not friendly either.

Terrible, delivered a pizza missing multiple toppings. The app says it hasn't left the store even though it was delivered yesterday, so can't report it and the store has no repercussions. Such a scam.

watch your credit card receipts carefully! on 2/24, i ordered pizza for $34.65. i recently received my credit card statement and the charged me $38.65. luckily i save all receipts and compare all my receipts with credit card statements every month. so i can easily prove to my credit card company and dispute the charge. be careful if you use credit card to pay your pizzas there

This was one of the worst pizza experience I have ever had. I am actually in the food service industry and the lack of customer service skills was outright unbelievable. I ordered a signature pizza at 7:00 pm. Around 7:45 pm the on line tracker had indicated it was delivered. After 15 minutes I decided to call the store to see if there was a mishap of some sort. The person on the phone was doing his best. There was a language barrier, but he was trying to help. The end result was the driver was lost. Once again I understand mistakes happen. The pizza arrived at 8:10 pm and was ice cold, which with a tip was $26 dollars. I hardly ever complain, but felt this was unacceptable and called the restaurant back. I ask to talk to the manager on duty to try to resolve this mistake, which I understand can mistakes can happen. I have been in the restaurant/hospitality industry for over 30 years. When the manager got on the phone (Hann) he was absolutely the worst customer service representative I have ever met. He was defensive saying " You did get the pizza " over and over again. I was polite and trying to let him know it wasn't about getting the pizza, it was the fact that when I did get the pizza it was not to the standards they seem to uphold. The manager literally told me to go F myself and hung up on me. I was taken a back and was shocked. This is the first review in over 10 tears I have written. I will let every person I know and come in contact with to never order from this Dominoes. Jim

Do not order from this store. The worst domino's pizza store around. Dont know how domino's franchise let's this store stay in business. I don't think they have any sort of quality control at this store. I ordered a pizza from here and it came half burnt. I would believe they saw it when it came out of the oven, but they still decided that it was ok to send a burnt pizza to a customer.

Based on my first experience with Dominos since I'm a diplomat I would say that I was extremely disappointed with the quality and serving of contents of my pizza. You charged me 19.90 and I hardly get any pieces of chicken in my large pizza. Attached here with a picture of my Pizza. See it yourself to belive.
