6 Best pizza restaurant in Arlington, Virginia (VA) 2024

The staff rarely answers the phone so you have to order through the web/app. The app advertises curbside pickup but they don't actually bring the food out to your car, you need to go into the store to get your pizza. The staff is the most apathetic group of people I've seen in a business for a while. ~Robb

I have been waiting over an hour and have called the store multiple times. Who wants to eat pizza at 10pm at this point. It said for 15 min the driver is in my neighborhood. I walked all around and I don’t see any car in my condominium with a Domino sign. $40 down the drain. Again I’m on hold as I am typing this and I have still yet to reach anyone. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FOOD. Update I got a refund but now I’m going to bed hungry. ~Danielle

Called down to our hotel and they highly recommended Pizza Bollis. We ordered delivery online, it came super fast and the food was outstanding! The person who delivered was very friendly and I took forever getting to the lobby and they were patient and kind about that. Definitely ordering from them again! ~Lindsay

This place has some good pizza. Let me begin with the friendly staff. I believe it is a Mom and Pop shop. It's a small pizza place that packs a lot flavor. These local shops know how to put do many of the franchised businesses. The pizza had some great texture. It was like a firm soft. It was not doughy and it was not salty either. Nothing overpowered the other ingredients. You can taste the ingredients as it hit your taste buds. Also, fulfilling. I will recommend. It is within walking distance from a mini Mart and what looks to be a park as well. It is open late so enjoy some good pizza in the late night. ~D

Update: Formalized complaint with corporate and franchise today—— Wow! Horrible horrible people work here. No wonder they have 2 stars. Edwin and and the manager who refused to give us his name over the phone need to be fired. Last night we ordered a salad, pasta and chicken bites for the 6.99 each delivery deal. The pasta carbonara dish was half full. It had 3 small pieces of chicken in it and 3 mushroom slices! What a joke. The salad was also a joke. Barely half full. See photos. As soon as we got the delivery, we called the store to be told by Edwin that he could do nothing because the manager already left. We asked for a refund and he refused. THEN he accused us eating the pasta before taking photos. Lol. Really? Playing mind games with unhappy customers is really professional. He told us to call back the next day and speak with the manager. Today, we called and spoke with someone claiming to be the manager who refused to give us his name saying it was “confidential”. He had an accent as did Edwin. We told him what happened last night, and he said that corporate dictates what quantity goes into the pasta bowl and that previously employees put too much in the bowls. We asked for a refund and when we provided the order number and phone number, this dude said he could not find our order even though we were looking at the info in an email. Lies. Dominos - why hasn’t this store been shut down with the excessive low quality that comes from it? ~J

watch your credit card receipts carefully! on 2/24, i ordered pizza for $34.65. i recently received my credit card statement and the charged me $38.65. luckily i save all receipts and compare all my receipts with credit card statements every month. so i can easily prove to my credit card company and dispute the charge. be careful if you use credit card to pay your pizzas there ~H
