Still the worst DC area outlet for WHBM. I was in the other day returning some online purchases and a pair of jeans was missing the price tag. I guess it had come off when I tried them on. All other tags were still on them, but the stylist said she could not take them back because of the missing price tag--I guess because she couldn't scan the tag. That would have been fine, but she said this with an attitude and practically threw the jeans at me. This is the third time in three years I've gotten an attitude from a stylist at that location when I've returned items, so pretty much every time I return something there that is what I get. And it is barely better when I am looking to buy, as if trying things on without buying everything is a crime. I still shop WHBM in stores and online because other locations are responsive and helpful, but I honestly do not know how the one in Pentagon City stays in business.
