Sunday 14 August I want to tried some clothing, went to the fitting room, after I waited around 15 mins, one of the employee told us that the fitting rooms were closed without any explanation and we requested to see the manager, and with attitude, her response was he is not coming out!! Definitely I will not come back to this store!! They are rude and what is the point to have a body in a position, that he or she is not going to represent this company!!

I’d shop here more if paying didn’t feel like standing in a Soviet era breadline. Why is there ever only one cashier and ten floor people/ it’s torture. Do better, Zara!

Is it possible to give zero stars? These stores always have lines from the checkout to the exit. The cashiers seem like they are deliberately trying to go as slow as possible

We litterally waited 40 min at the cash register and then I gave up. 2 cash registers open, painfully slow, everybody in line was going: seriously?? Many employees walking around doing nothing. I have been to many many Zaras all over the world but have never seen this. Will send a note to headquarters. This is totally ridiculous.

40 minutes in a line to purchase and return on a Wednesday. Crazy, this is common. Really turns me off of Zara. This store needs new management ASAP. At least the security guard and the cashier (she was very very slow) was nice.

If there was zero stars, I would rate this store zero star. People at this store specially the so called managers are closed thefts. I checked an item that was 5 dollars and they wanted me to pay $19.90. I had a very bad experience at that store. Twice I got items I wanted to buy but they’re like we don’t sell those… for some reasons. I’ve never experienced something like this

While walking in a customer walked out and told me “prepare to be followed “. Zara normally has security so I thought nothing of it. This my love, was next level. I was asked multiple times by the same person if I needed help while going through a kids rack. I wasn’t in the store for long. I got annoyed and did a return instead of an exchange. The receipt was ineligible. The associate and boss got upset cause they had to refill the receipt paper roll & restart the computer.

This was the worst Zara I've the staff and store was inadequate, after removing the security device the pin📍was left on one of the item purchase and my girlfriend was stuck while trying on a dress.

Nice merchandise presentations and sales floor arrangement. The biggest problem I have is why the button does not work for someone who is physically disabled is out of service. Does Zara welcome patrons who are in a wheelchair in to shop?

This location is severely mismanaged!! A beautiful holiday weekend with one cashier working. Absolutely ridiculous operations!!! I would have left but I didn’t want to ruin my daughters shopping fun. The line is literally out of the store.
