Waited in the store for at least 15 minutes while they only two service people were constantly working with other customers and no one ever acknowledged that they would even be with me in a few minutes are whenever! Terrible customer service. Absolutely awful. Never even acknowledged that I was in the store waiting. It was obvious that I had a couple small items I wanted to buy, but they had no intention of stopping what they were doing to take care of me so that I could be in and out. Never going back! I think it's time for RadioShack to go out of business totally. One of the two customer service parentheses? In parentheses people could have asked their current customers if they would mind letting me check out real quick so that I didn't have to wait any longer.

I do not recommend this place ! Valerie was very rude and didn’t seem to know to much about the promotions advertised on tv. I don’t work there and I knew more than she did. She was very stuck up, all around unprofessional.

Radio is nolonger a radio shack went in looking for some cb supplies 2 cbs on the shelf and no antenna or mounts other than screw in......wth happened?
