My insurance company required me to use this company and I'm very glad they did. I had already gotten 3 other estimates and Knox's price was lower than all of them. Their work was done by the time they estimated and it looked like new. Perfect paint blending. A few months later I needed to have the running lights replaced and they did the job very quickly and at a very reasonable rate. Their staff are all cheerful, knowledgable and interested in giving the best help they can. I'll go to them first every time I need body or mechanical work. Knox Automotive, by far, is the most outstanding place I’ve ever taken my car for body repair. I went there because of a fairly deep door ding and could not believe the car that I actually picked up afterward painting. My car is not old, it’s a 2018 red Kia Soul Sport, but I could not believe how beautiful it looked when I got it. They polished up the whole car... inside and out. It actually looks better inside than when we first purchased it. I kid you not, I didn’t ask for any extra service, but I got that extra service. I will definitely go back. HIGHLY recommend! If you’re looking for local, honest and trustworthy people, go to Knox! You will not be disappointed. Had my truck damage repaired there and the entire way, they were communicative about the process - I got more phone calls about what was happening with the process and other persons insurance than I’d planned.. but I REALLY appreciate the abundance of updates they did. And MAN they did amazing work on my truck! Looks like nothing ever happened.
