I am not sure what has happened to this place... chaos is accurate description. It is however packed to the walls with merchandise.

Iv got 2 separate opinions: it's got it's pro's and cons! They have been adding more of a variety of things into the store! I love to go there an look around but I have to have money in order to go bc there is always something I'd like to take wit me! The prices of some items is outrageous especially with the stuff being sold is from donations that the community has gave!

Am so disappointed that Goodwill of Chilhowie has let go one of the bestest person I know. Like she was always outgoing funny had great customer service treated everyone with respect. I came into the store just to see her and support her team. There is a boy there that smokes his vape everytime he gets a donation from me named Justin and a tall heavyweight lady who is always rude every time I am there now. And the younger cashiers up front are always rude too. It was once a nice store to shop and come in. Now the prices and customer service stink. I will not be going to this Goodwill in the near future or any other Goodwill store. I will start donating to the American Red Cross. Thanks. 👎

There's a young man whom works there..he is so polite and on point with customers..he goes beyond his job..his name is Mike Stevens and y'all got a great asset added to your store he smiles and that means so much...y'all need more like him everywhere...he's a charm and I do not live there was passing threw about a week ago... he's a keeper for sure ...I don't know his pay ..what I do know is that he is worth every cent of it ..plus I recommend he get a raise ..God Bless All

The clerks are nice, especially Diana, who assisted me at the register. They have a lot of items, mainly clothing. Several items were stained and sun-faded or the hem was coming out--so check before you buy. They close at 6PM, way before other stores, so you better go early!

They seem to have recently remodeled the store. As with pretty much any Goodwill store, it's about 85% clothes and 15% other items. They have pretty good prices set on the items I have seen. As would be expected with used items, they aren't always spic and span. I don't mind for the price paid.; I can clean the items myself. I would recommend this store.

Can find a great deal for basically any type of clothing or really anything, just randomly stocked. Pretty great all around.
