do NOT come here for a vehicle at all. i bought a suv here and it lasted me ONE day.. ONE.. the next day the motor blew and was rod knocking.. this was also a low mileage car. I repeat people DONT come here at all and the owner does not care. The title also took a very long time to receive and when we called them about it a month later all they said was "it has been ready". They are not professional whatsoever

Junk cars, and SLOW with titles. I'm not sure why they think they can get away with this?? They do not abide by dealer standards. Also, their vehicles don't *technically* have liens on then, but they sure won't give you the required documents to show that to the DMV. REPORT THEM TO "MVDB". The Virginia motor vehicle dealer board should do something about these crooks.

VEHICLE CAN'T BE TITLED!!!!!! - AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Vehicle was purchased from Bailey's on April 24th, 2021. Bailey's did not provide title until SEPTEMBER 20th, 2021. Bailey's promised clean title (for titling with VA DMV), but instead provided out-of-state LIEN TITLE showing lien by Santander Consumer. VA DMV REFUSES TO TITLE unless Lien Satisfaction Letter is provided from previous lienholder. Bailey's is responsible to provide LIEN SATISFACTION LETTER, and they REFUSE to do so. They frankly told me to pound sand, and if paperwork isn't provided at auction then "its not our problem". A call to past lienholder reveals that letter will cost $50. Bailey's is not interested in helping. Bailey's is selling vehicles WITHOUT all documentation needed to title, and they are taking 5 MONTHS to deliver titles! STOP THESE SCUMBAGS! Truth be told: Vehicle can likely be titled once $50 fee is paid to acquire lien release letter, but why should *I* pay for that?!? Bailey's owes me for the fee. Period.

They don't have a license to sell out of state salvage titles but they will and then they give you the run around wouldn't recommend buying from them at all

For an 'as is', we've purchased two cars and no complaints. The staff recommended a top notch vehicle. Only needed a coolant. If your looking for a place to purchase a new car without having to worry about the price go here. Just make sure you go ahead and get fluids changed as the car may have been sitting. Blessings.

My father bought a Jeep here a couple years ago, I think it ran about 13 miles before it broke down after he purchased it from them. Definitely stay away at all costs, and if you really want to buy something from here there is a garage right down the street you should drive it to on your test drive and have it checked first.

Purchased 2 cars from them this year, and the experience couldn't have been easier. Pick the car, fill out a few papers, pay, take car home, get title in a couple weeks - seriously the easiest car experience ever. One is a 94 and the other an 08 - both were outstanding deals for what they are...Bailey's sales used cars...things are going to come up. If you aren't prepared for repairs, then buying basically wholesale cars probably isn't the best plan..or at least spend a little $ and have a mechanic check it out before you buy!

Worst car dealership experience I've had in many, many years. Salesman was rude and wouldn't let me test drive the car unless I nearly agreed to buy it on the spot, money in hand. Told him I was comparing the car to a couple of others in town, and even though I was interested, would need to test drive the car and think about it before I bought (like any reasonable person). He walked away. What kind of dealership expects to sell $3K cars without a test drive? To say I will never be back is to put it mildly, and I would advise anyone to avoid this dealership like the plague.

I notice that most of the negative reviews on here are because the customer failed to properly inspect the vehicle prior to buying. My wife and I bought a Honda Odyssey here two years ago for an incredible deal. Now, 40k miles later, we are still well pleased with the vehicle. Take a moment, check the car out, and test drive. Plenty of awesome deals exist here. Bailey's doesn't finance, but you can always pay with a credit card, for a fee. All vehicles require maintenance and upkeep, these guys aren't superheroes, they're car salesmen, and they perform with aplomb.
