Worst place to change oil,first they drop the oil,without checking if they have oil filters for my truck,I have to wait 2 hours until they went and get some from another place, then they put chevron 10w30 oil instead of mobil 15w40,like I requested, their wxsuse for it was they mixed the company name with someone elses,and they never grease the truck or tide the fuel filters,it's the worst place in USA,INVOICE NUMBER IS 717027055,in case someone want to check

Hair in the shower! Three different prices for one 👕! What's going on here! Losing the love or what? The person on that PA system is just overly aggressive, more like a warden.

Great truck stop, very clean, very new. This place had tons of food options. Tons of other options, just all kinds of stuff. My only complaint; the bathrooms were not as clean as I hoped.

I'm not giving the place a 3rd shot. I love stopping at Loves but BOTH times I've stopped here on my route this last there's been NO ONE around the register. So for the second, and last time, I've left my purchase on the counter. Two dogs and a drink. You've lost out on my gas as well. I'll stop somewhere to fill up my 28g tank and 35g Jug 😁

I normally absolutely love Loves.. but this one right here is garbage. Every single Loves travel stop I've been to the employees have been friendly!! The restrooms are spotless!! And the food isn't hard because it was left out too long. Every time I come here on a break from work or whatever I get a rude employee. No "hi" or "hello" Hell the other day I had Pat roll her eyes at me because I didn't realize I had a jalapeno flavored corn dog. So I asked to switch for a regular and they are all out. So I grabbed a burger and she no lie rolled her eyes at me!! Like so sorry you came to work to do your job. If you hate it so much leave.. I just expect more from a loves travel stop. I'll be taking my business across the street.

This is a great stop on 460 or if you’re in the area. The store is always clean with a large selection of items, including hot food and drink. The restrooms are cleaner than most, and the cashiers are friendly and helpful. This place is a thousand times better than the average gas station.

Very nice place, I always stop by to this location every time I visit family to va beach. Love loves the cleanliness and the bathroom is so clean no matter I stop by early in the morning or late at night. Gas price is always cheap as well. Loves this place.
