My husband and I feel God placed us in the best hands possible when the transmission to our F350, towing a 5th Wheel RV, stopped working in the middle of nowhere. Words cannot express the stellar service we received, the sincere concern and special care of Kenny and his amazing team at Kenny Robbins Transmission. They are TRUE Gladiators, some of the best people you'll ever meet. They went above and beyond. They fought for our claim to be processed speedily without delay, allowed us to place our RV on their property with all the bells and whistles during the entire time it took to get us up and running... Superb hospitality! We are beyond grateful and count them now as family. They made sure we had no worries. They took only a couple days to remove the bad transmission and install the new one. Our F350 takes off and pulls that 39ft 5th wheel RV up hills like never before.. amazing job, like new off the lot. Thanks Kenny, Kimberly, Leo and Jordan❤ Service: Transmission

Five thousand happy customers and then this man comes along!!! We have bent over backward for Mr. Linda Norris but this man cannot be pleased! We have put a free axle on his vehicle and we have done free electrical work and this gentleman was asked to take his vehicle to the Honda place for the engine codes and he refused. This man has threatened our shop on numerous occasions with attorneys and sheriffs. No one wants to be threatened after they have bent over backwards for a customer and gave them free work and free parts. He simply bought a lemon vehicle and wants to take it out on our shop and now he wants us to give him his money back on the transmission job when the transmission is shifting perfectly and doing exactly what the transmission should do when running at optimum levels. I have two videos in excess of twenty five minutes of the vehicle running perfectly just today May 18th 2016. Some people you just cannot please. Mr. Norris has changed his review again and again trying to extort us to give his money back. Here is the original review in its entirety that Mr. Norris wrote on our shop after we did a splendid job on his transmission and this is what he wrote: Kenny Robbins is the best mechanic in the area. He worked hard to make sure my son's car was mechanically fit to send him off to college. His shop is open 7 days a week and they work long hours. I would definitely recommend his shop for repairs. If you have problems he is the best mechanic in the area and his prices are fair. He is honest and doesn't try to sell you parts you don't need like some shops will. You will definitely be satisfied with the service from his shop and his family!!! I can't thank them enough!

They have repaired the transmission in two of my vehicles over the past few years and they do great work. The prices were better than anyone around and work was done right. Don’t be ripped off by the other guys call Kenny Robbins Transmission you will be glad you did!

I was having problems with my 2014 F-150 4X4 transmission shuddering and slipping. I checked around and heard about Kenny. His price beat the other shops around so I decided to give him a try. 6 months down the road and many miles not the first problem. I am very satisfied. He even called to check if i was happy ! Thanks

Kenny Robbins Transmissions rebuilt the transmission in my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado and recently my 2008 Ford Ranger. He did a great job with a warranty to back it up. I will do business with him in the future if needed. Thank you Kenny and team.

The reason for the 2 stars is, My husband dropped off a transmission, Mr Robbins was not there a nice young man said he was in Pville shopping but leave it right here beside the desk . 2 1/2 months later I/my husband checked on and picked it up untouched still on the floor right beside the desk where it was left sitting . So no He didn't have a record of doing any work for us. He didn't do nothing (to our transmission) for 2 months. So while I cannot say he does good or bad work. So no work is not good either. . (Part 2) This is Mike, I have a question? How do you go from I have no record of you and we haven't done anything, To full knowledge of everything including the price stipulations that I put on the repair? I am not broke. But there is a set value for this vehicle. I am not going to over invest in a cheap truck. Yes I dropped it off, yes I set a price that I was willing to spend on it. I can buy one for that with free shipping on ebay. Or from Shorty on 22. The truck in question was not something I was restoring . It was for sale. You don't spend a lot on vehicles you are selling. You do however have to repair them. A phone call would have been great. The only thing that was wrong with it was a sheared roll pin. It cost me about $2.00. I think $398.00 would have been fair pay to install a $2.00 pin. I did it myself. PS I changed it to 3 stars Happy? Who said I need charity? I needed a phone call so I would know to go a different direction. That was the part you guys failed on. It is ok you didn't want to do the job. I did leave my number with the young man I left the transmission with. I asked him to call when ready or if there was any problem. I would say that your business not being willing to do the work counts as a problem, wouldn't you? PS I have a pretty good lawyer as well. I have been sued before. I have him on speed dial. If you have a problem with honesty, It is your problem. Do your worst. This isn't spite, it is honesty. And I don't have a problem with you are your company. -Mike

Kimberly noticed that my brakes were grinding and making a loud noise. I have a young son and she was worried about us. She told me I needed my brakes done but I am in between jobs so my Dad bought the brakes and she had Kenny put them on for free. They are very good people and Kenny is the best and hardest working mechanic out there. If you need Transmission work or small jobs done on your vehicle Kenny is your man. I would highly recommend them. It is a family owned business.

Kenny rebuilt the transmission in my Land Rover recently and he did an amazing job! I drive it hard on and off road and it is rock solid! Kenny also pointed out some other problems, that l was not aware of, that could have caused me problems in the future. Thank you Kenny, awesome job!
