The mechanic didn't know the difference between left or right and did the wrong side of tires. Had to add on to this review because it got worst. My wife was there for 2 HOURS because of the mistake and what ever the other unseen to us as a cause of why it was moving so slow nothing was explained. Then since they didn't fill up the tire up to the correct PSI our vehicle air sensor went off. So she went to get air in it because there was not enough. The owner told her to wait and she complained and said no cause last time she was there for two hours and the owner told her she was lying. Will never go back and will make sure to let other now how unprofessional, apparently uncaring,and non capable this shop is from owner on down to the associates. Service: Tires

Highly recommend. Chris, Wayne, Jason, Skip and the entire LBJ team are honest, hard working and dependable. You pay a fair price for their work. More importantly, they will only fix what is needed and stand behind their work. They are busy. Understand that good work takes patience, but they will work you in as fast as they can if it is urgent. I take 3 vehicles there and have done so for over 3 years now. No concerns. Trust in this business is important to me. I trust this team.

Had my brakes serviced on 4/23/21 at LBJ and they did an excellent job. Very satisfied with the service. They got my brakes done in one day and they work perfectly!!! (Well, I would hope so). Would never recommend to anyone let alone a friend, hung up on me multiple times & insahine wait times. Typical mechanic who thinks they are better than you. Even though I'm a mechanic, I would never work there. Repeatedly told me my car is not worth fixing & trash Services: Wheel alignment, Exhaust, Auto engine tuning, Air conditioning, Oil change, Brakes, Steering & suspension repair

Had my Honda Ridgeline serviced at local Honda dealership for 14 years. Rvcd a quote to install a part I thought was fairly steep. Went to Best local area Honda service operators and saw the great LBJ reviews. Called, got a lower install quote and made appt. Not only was the repair time less than 2 hours but that included an impromptu Oil Change thrown in. Was shocked when thetotal bill was LESS than the install work quote alone. I bought a 2001 Ford F-150, of course it was as is no warranty given the fact that it was a 19 year old truck. Got a great deal, but just my luck, one week after I bought it, it let me know it was time for a tune-up. I called multiple shops, the closest quote I got was $100 more. I took the truck to them, they did a diagnostic to assure they were fixing the problem and not a symptom. It was as I suspected, I opted for a full tune-up rather than just a single coil. Once they got the work done, my new toy was ready to go, and even though they already beat everyone with estimates, they beat their own estimate by $200. These guys did 100% good by me, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

My son's 15 year old Ford Taurus was determined by AAA to have a bad starter. I called LBJ and told them a tow truck would be dropping it off right after closing time. The customer service rep Skip waited for its arrival, and called me before 9 a.m. the next morning with the confirmed diagnosis. By 3:15 p.m. the same day, my vehicle was ready. With multiple drivers in our household, it is so nice we can always rely on LBJ to fix our vehicles and always get outstanding customer service and prompt repairs- all at very competitive prices.

LBJ has been the WORST experience. I took my car in for a new valve cover gasket (previously diagnosed), estimated repairs @ $600. The techs put the parts on wrong, and warped the engine valves, our cost of over $4000.00! LBJ claims it was a faulty part that caused the damage, not the technicians. This is a lie.They have had my car for over 3 weeks now, and are avoiding all communications with me. Chris has promised that it would be ready tomorrow, that was over 2 weeks ago. Yesterday, he said the car was ready, but he wants to test drive it after the mechanic tests it. Today, he says it's not ready. This has been going on for 3 weeks, lie after lie. I really wish they would have been honest, and that I didn't have to write this review. 0 stars. never take your car here for major repairs. They may be able to handle an oil change without problems, but I will never find out.

Chris and the gang at LBJ did a great job at getting our 1973 Nova back up and running like it use to! There's no better place in town to have work on your car/truck than LBJ. They have great techs and they will do the job right. Thanks!

Recently had them repair my brakes. They did a great job explaining all the issues. Did the job and very happy with the results! I have been a customer of LBJ for 25 years. They have always done what they said for the price they quoted. If you need a shop you can trust, this is the place.
