Best auto repair shop in Huntsville, Alabama (AL) 2024

I brought my car here to get new tires and brakes because the dealership quoted me something ridiculous! These guys were wonderful. Justin hooked me up with a military discount and got everything done, saving me hundreds. Took a few hours and they had excellent communication! I highly recommend and will use them again in the future. ~Ashley

The mechanic didn't know the difference between left or right and did the wrong side of tires. Had to add on to this review because it got worst. My wife was there for 2 HOURS because of the mistake and what ever the other unseen to us as a cause of why it was moving so slow nothing was explained. Then since they didn't fill up the tire up to the correct PSI our vehicle air sensor went off. So she went to get air in it because there was not enough. The owner told her to wait and she complained and said no cause last time she was there for two hours and the owner told her she was lying. Will never go back and will make sure to let other now how unprofessional, apparently uncaring,and non capable this shop is from owner on down to the associates. Service: Tires ~Joshua

Manny is great. Took my truck there to get the differential replaced. He fixed it in a couple of day and has been working great ever since. He is busy and stays busy so I recommend calling and schedule an appointment. He is also a Veteran, so support a local vet. He is also very reasonable. He was much cheaper than the other quote I got from a place on south parkway. ~Rodney

3 months after purchasing my preowned Mazda3 and I am still highly satisfied. Kelley in sales bent over backwards to make my purchase smooth. Whenever we had downtime, she kept detailing the interior for me, even after it left the shop. She worked past normal hours to accommodate me. We had to meet to exchange paperwork after I picked up the vehicle and she offered to drive all the way to my house in S. Huntsville. She was the best. Also, Greg in finance made the transaction quick and convenient. He explained everything clearly and got me out the door beyond satisfied. This is my third Mazda and I hope to come back to the great people at Hiley for my fourth someday. ~Eric
