5 Best brake shop in Huntsville, Alabama (AL) 2024

I’m only giving two stars for the fact that my tire mounting was done. I didn’t have an appointment, so I knew that it would be a bit for my car to get taken care of and I was understanding of that. But I dropped my car off at noon and didn’t get called to say it was finished until 5:25. They didn’t get my car back to be looked at until 4:30. That still isn’t my chief complaint. When I went to pick up I got there literally five minutes after they called. When I pulled up all the workers were in the garage area and they actively saw me walk into the building from where they were. I got to the desk and waited fifteen minutes for someone to even just walk to the desk to service me. I watched them walk by the door multiple times and see me. The guy working the desk rolled his eyes at me when I was trying to make small talk and according to my husband was giving him looks when we came in earlier to drop my vehicle off. Not my most favorable experience. And I will be taking my business to another Firestone that isn’t this one. ~Shana

I brought my car here to get new tires and brakes because the dealership quoted me something ridiculous! These guys were wonderful. Justin hooked me up with a military discount and got everything done, saving me hundreds. Took a few hours and they had excellent communication! I highly recommend and will use them again in the future. ~Ashley

The mechanic didn't know the difference between left or right and did the wrong side of tires. Had to add on to this review because it got worst. My wife was there for 2 HOURS because of the mistake and what ever the other unseen to us as a cause of why it was moving so slow nothing was explained. Then since they didn't fill up the tire up to the correct PSI our vehicle air sensor went off. So she went to get air in it because there was not enough. The owner told her to wait and she complained and said no cause last time she was there for two hours and the owner told her she was lying. Will never go back and will make sure to let other now how unprofessional, apparently uncaring,and non capable this shop is from owner on down to the associates. Service: Tires ~Joshua

had a great experience as a first time customer today looking to replace front tires with specific need at the last minute without appointment. they made genuine effort & successfully provided good customer service and were able to fulfill my need with a reasonable price. will certainly return and recommend! ~Chris

Wish I could give these guys six stars! Had a wonderful experience getting my tires here. Everyone was very friendly, very upfront and straightforward about all costs, time, and efforts. It's been a long time since I've been to any kind of auto repair shop where I didn't feel taken advantage of. I love the tires and I love the service. ~Dave
