I’m only giving two stars for the fact that my tire mounting was done. I didn’t have an appointment, so I knew that it would be a bit for my car to get taken care of and I was understanding of that. But I dropped my car off at noon and didn’t get called to say it was finished until 5:25. They didn’t get my car back to be looked at until 4:30. That still isn’t my chief complaint. When I went to pick up I got there literally five minutes after they called. When I pulled up all the workers were in the garage area and they actively saw me walk into the building from where they were. I got to the desk and waited fifteen minutes for someone to even just walk to the desk to service me. I watched them walk by the door multiple times and see me. The guy working the desk rolled his eyes at me when I was trying to make small talk and according to my husband was giving him looks when we came in earlier to drop my vehicle off. Not my most favorable experience. And I will be taking my business to another Firestone that isn’t this one.

Hands down the worst place ever to get asimple oil change. I get off work at 3:30 I drive straight to firestone and get there at 4pm. They don't close till 7pm. Why is there always an excuse about we're short in staff. There were hardly no cars there. 3 hours till they close. Why can't I get a simple oil change. They're always short on staff and always give an excuse. They been short on staff for 3 years.You can bring your car there at 8am. You can't never wait in the store to get your car back. Always have to call someone to pick you up because your car won't be ready to be picked up till 4 or 5 pm. Something needs to be done. I use to live the place but with this new staff they have now, it's just plain ridiculous. Someone needs to do something bout this store.

Hands down, this is the best Firestone service center in Huntsville. If you have to do any type of suspension work, I highly recommend Daryl as your technician. Also kudos to Eric for providing sound advice and honesty in recommendations for maintenance and aftermarket repairs.

The building was super nice look like it was set up to do big business. There was only one person working the counter who seemed very overwhelmed. Which rightfully so he was answering the phone and work in the counter face-to-face with customers. They had cars lined up would be out the driveway if they weren't turning customers away.

Over three hours to mount and balance tires. Three! I deeply regret having my Tirerack tires shipped here. This place is rife with incompetence. Look at my attached picture and you'll see they also clearly damaged my wheel. That's not the type of damage that can occur from curb rash. I was so sick of waiting by this point that I didn't bring up the damage to the manager; I just wanted to get the hell out of there and never look back. I get that these were low profile tires, but my car is not a Porsche 911. These aren't racing compound tires. LOTS of cars use low profile tires these days. And the name of your business is a TIRE company and you can't properly install TIRES without screwing it up. Don't walk away from this place. RUN. Run far far far away and never come here, or may god have mercy on your soul (and your wheels).

I visited this location this morning to purchase two new tires for my car. The man at the counter was very nice, but he knew the gentleman in front of me and offered him multiple discounts for the four new tires he needed. His total for four tires ended up being about $150 less than the total for my two. After they took my keys, the man at the counter turned to the man who had waited behind me and offered him a discount for his wait! But none for me.i ended up leaving because I felt like I was being taken advantage of, price-wise.

Why do I travel nearly an hour which is an inconvenience for me to purchase tires from this store? Because they're "simply the best". Sure I could go elsewhere and save time but it's worth the effort. When you enter the store Anthony, store manager, makes everyone feel they're the most important customer there. It's refreshing to experience friendly customer service especially these days. Kudos to all the employees. If you choose to frequent this store prepare to wait because they're busy and for a reason. I highly recommend Anthony and his staff for all your automotive/tires services needs.

First off I would like to say that the manager Anthony has top notch customer service. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers are satisfied and that the job is done right. I brought my Dodge Dakota here to get new tires. My alignment on the truck was really messed up and the first guy couldn't get it right. Anthony noticed on the printout, this was on Saturday, and he asked me if I could come back Monday to get another one of his guys to do the alignment and that it would probably take about 4 hours. I was not charged anything extra. I only paid the cost of the alignment which was discounted to me that Saturday I had brought it in for the tires. I felt bad for the guy doing the alignment because it took so long, but he got it right. I had it aligned at Clem tire about a year and a half before and my alignment had never been right. Until now I was not able to look at my truck from the front and have both tires pointing straight. The passenger tire has always pointed outward a little. The only reason I chose to wait there for the vehicle is because I pretty much had no choice since there was no one available to pick me up. So I was there about 5 hours each day, but also new it would take a long time each day. I was not expecting to be out of there within an hour or two. I never complained about long waits or asked for anything extra, but extra value was added to my service for free which was appreciated. Will definitely be going back.
