This place has gone down hill since the switch. They inconvenience you as much as possible to make you only use online interaction. I just want to deposit a check and am sitting here 15mins later still waiting .

My husband has had issues with erroneous fees being taken out of his account. I introduced my husband to BBVA Compass bank because I was a satisfied long time account holder, but I've since regretted advising him, as a foreign national, to open an account there. We have made multiple visits to attempt to have correct information on his account and discuss the "extended overdraft fee" being taken from his account on the same day his paycheck is directly deposited. Chris Ballard is the one we spoke with on our last visit, Friday. We waited patiently for someone and he came in from outdoors and invited us in the office. He was shaking and trembling and seemed agitated before we even got down to business. The meeting ended with him yelling and demanding that I be quiet and let him finish talking. At this point I had already witnessed him becoming increasingly agitated and shaking but with him becoming red in the face and yelling, we decided to leave with plans on closing both our accounts In the near future.
