This place has gone down hill since the switch. They inconvenience you as much as possible to make you only use online interaction. I just want to deposit a check and am sitting here 15mins later still waiting . ~Chase

This is the best Regions in Huntsville. I desperately needed a payroll check cashed. After being turned down at another branch, even though I have an active checking & savings account with them, Ms Lori McGinnis took care of me. By the time I got to this branch, it was about 10 minutes from their closing time. She was so friendly and got my check cashed. She did not rush and even took the time to print out my form to setup my direct deposit. Thank you Ms Lori! You are awesome! ~Jessica
