This is the best Regions in Huntsville. I desperately needed a payroll check cashed. After being turned down at another branch, even though I have an active checking & savings account with them, Ms Lori McGinnis took care of me. By the time I got to this branch, it was about 10 minutes from their closing time. She was so friendly and got my check cashed. She did not rush and even took the time to print out my form to setup my direct deposit. Thank you Ms Lori! You are awesome!

Always a long wait time compared to every other regions bank I go to, but they usually have free cookies, so it mostly evens out.

I love they way I'm treated at Regions. I'm treated like a human being not like a credit score. Their customer service is the best I've seen in years.

The new tellers seem to be very uneducated. I come to this location frequently to cash all of my checks and since all the new people are here they would cash it because they've never seen it before.. it's embarrassing because they said my check is not real my other bank cashed it with no problems at all

Need a phone number for bank directly! I spent 15 min with the automated system just trying to talk to the branch!!!!

Assistant branch Manager is VERY rude. It doesn't seem that anyone there knows what they are talking about. If you want service through Regions I recommend that you try a different branch!!! I will never step foot in there again. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. ESPECIALLY from a banking institution where THOUSANDS of dollars (of my money) streams through on a monthly basis! I will be contacting the BBB!
