Idk if it was the manager but he was rude, and had an attitude with me because I asked to make a fresh sub sandwich and disregard my request because that was “wasting money” he hung up on me I don’t trust him making my food, probably poisoned

Our favorite sandwich place! The Hook & Ladder is our absolute favourite sub in the world. Much better than Subway. Everything fresh made.

Google had the store closing at 10. I arrived at 8:52 and was told they were closed. (thanks Google!) I was able to talk my way in and had the best tasting Italian sub that I’ve ever had. I will be returning but nowhere near closing time!

- food was really good, was made with fresh ingredients and had lots of flavor. - place was clean. - staff were really friendly and helpful. - prices normal for the area. - plenty of parking spots as well. - only negative was the 25 minute wait time, but was worth it. - overall a good first experience and I'd recommend this location.

Just had the most pleasant experience with the staff here! Super nice, professional, efficient, and thoughtful. I wish everywhere had employees like this. Whatever they get paid, they deserve more 👍

My steak and cheese was delicious. There are so many sandwich options and topping options. Also, the customer service was excellent with really nice staff who bring the food to you and greet you. The inside of the store was pretty clean as well. This was my first time trying firehouse and I have to say that it was well worth it and a great experience. I got the steak and cheese on wheat with everything that comes on it and added lettuce, tomatoes, raw onions, oil and vinegar, and oregano. Not trying to be dramatic but that was the best steak sandwich I've ever eaten.

For me, happiness is a hot corned beef or pastrami sandwich. The New York Steamer sub had both meats, melted provolone and a delicious combination of mustard, mayo and Italian dressing. Can't get any better than that. My glasses were all fogged up from the cold, so Ryan helped me pick the perfect combo for me. Service was great. My sandwich was brought to my table and three members of the staff stopped by to check to see that everything was okay in the twenty minutes or so it took me to eat. I expected good food, but it was so nice to feel so pampered.

This has to be my favorite sub places. The bread is just right. Unlike some places that try and toast the bread and it turns hard. Firehouse bread is warm and soft. Just thinking about firehouse subs makes me want one.

Love this place. Very friendly staff and have always got the order right. Fast service too. Clean and plenty of seats. And it is a Pokemon Go stop also.
