I went in hot, tired and grumpy. I sat and drank my Matcha Frappucino and chatted with the friendly staff and left cool, refreshed, and happy. A nice, pleasant experience.

I order a drink I like from a different location and it's perfect. Ordering it from here, it never taste like it should. Oh, and they're also allergic to cold foam here. Every time I order any type of cold foam, it's non existent on my drink. This location is the closest to my job, unfortunately, but they are the reason I quit drinking Starbucks for months. Whoever is the barista during the work week mornings, needs some extra training or something. Going back to making my own coffee at home.

I ordered a hot sandwich, a cold snack pack, and a frappachino. All were put in the same bag with the hot sandwich leaned up against the drink. The paper the sandwich was in was soaked and the sandwich was cold. I called the store and spoke to Mason who was very nice and apologetic. He explained the store does not take care of the billing so I’d have to call Uber which would give me a refund. Mason gave me the number. I believe the person I spoke to at Uber was very inexperienced because he refused to refund my money. He just gave me the standard spiel about talking to the store. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but he could not put me in touch with one immediately. I called Mason back to tell him what happened. Mason offered to redo my order; but, of course, I would have to come pick it up. While impressed with his offer, I declined since that defeated the purpose of having an order delivered. He understood and was quite gracious when I told him I had no choice but to give the order a one star review. Mason said he would talk to his folks about putting cold and hot items in separate bags for deliveries. My suggestion is to remind the store to do that in the comments section to avoid the problem I had.

Wont give you your coffee from mobile order until the rest of your items are ready. They will straight up refuse to let me sip on my coffee while I wait for the food. Why? I paid for it already.... Really strange and annoying and glad I decided to cut back on outside coffee altogether.

They really denied my partner numbers because I didn’t have my ID… which isn’t even company policy by the way. Then once I told her that’s not even a company policy she lied & said well my partner number didn’t even work. I just left because at that point I realized she was clearly just trying to dismiss me to see if I was lying. I know my numbers work I’m just Glad I don’t work at this location I’ve been working at Starbucks for 5 years & never had any store deny me my partner discount or even ask for my ID.

Personable manager on the weeknight I was there; pleasure to chat with. Starbucks imo has faultered for years since Schultz left; however, you do run into a gem like this every so often. That's drink quality and employees.

This is a good Starbucks, unless you want any Cold Foam drink! Every time I have ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, or Salted Caramel Cold Brew, the foam is foamy and not thick enough. You can tell by how many large bubbles are in the foam, that it completely disappears by the time you get to drinking it. There must be some training problem at this store for them to mess up the cold foam every single time. I think the only times I have ever gotten a good Cold Foam drink is in the afternoon. I highly recommend going to the Safeway Starbucks if you want a Pumpkin Cream cold brew. Its a waste of 5$ here.

My daughter bought me a medium Pike's Peak with cream, she had a green tea latte and we really enjoyed our drinks. Nice Starbucks we try to stop in when we are in the area.

The store is nice, neat and clean. Two visits so far and each time my drink was well crafted. However, inside is prone to fly infestation in the Summer. 🤷🏽♂️
