Please do not be fooled by the beautiful lake. It is very very nice. Don’t trade the beauty of the lake for THOUSANDS of rules. Most of which restrict you from enjoying the property you purchase. The Board is not diverse in anyway. The General Manager is paid $200,000 per year and is: - NOT RESPONSIVE - NOT PROACTIVE - NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR DIFFERENCES OR DIFFICULTIES. Mr Rodenberg (King Phillip) spends our money, well, like it’s someone else’s money. He hired a $95,000 per year golf pro. If you love golf then you will probably get value for paying for a golf pro and $200,000 to “fix” one hole that was flooding. A SINGLE HOLE! - only facts here: Rodenberg has been the GM for last 13 years. He presided over a $450,000 tembezzlement scheme which took place OVER 36 months arp. $15,000 a month diverted to a fake shell company that Rodenbergs Director of Finance created and paid via PayPal monthly. LOWA liability insurance premiums increased by $300,000 at renewal. Look it up. How can you trust Rodenberg. Look it up. Easy search. Oh, and how does this guy keep his job after costing LOWA $300,000.? Ask questions, research the Association and don’t be fooled. It’s NOT a fun place to live. Mmmy Directo uusing PAYPAŸ!!! My husband and I moved here with our 2 young kids over the summer, about 7 months now and we love it so far. The kids always have something to do. We are still learning new things they offer here. Never board!

Some of the most rudest employees in their facility. Some of the rules they have just make no sense at all what so ever my mom bought a car for me to use and I tried to get a barcode so I can drive through the lane that doesn't require you to wait in a line to get in the neighborhood and I was declined just because the vehicle isn't register to me but to my mom when they called me they just told me and hung up immediately they didn't even give a chance to speak also when I went into their office they just immediately decline everything and I feel like there is some racism in that office because they act shady against me and my roommates every time we step in there we wanted to live in a nice area not a prison or freaking racist county... I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are Caucasian

Great neighborhood with tons of stuff to do everyday. The lake is beautiful and fully stocked with fish making it a great fishing spot. Amazing garage sale every Saturday with prices you can't beat.

What a lovely lake and clubhouse - we love their $13 Sunday brunch buffet overlooking the lake! Omelette station, lots of brunch and lunch options.

When u think of an HOA community, u think strict & horrible place to live...not here. We have been here a lil over 2yrs & its been a great experience. We enjoy everything they have to offer & there is alot for our 3kids to do. Love it!!!
