They just jacked rate by $100 per month all at once! That's a 50% increase. Not even an air conditioned unit. GTFOH. We will be vacating ASAP.

We are storing items in two lockers here at this unit and last night there was a BREAK-IN at one of our lockers. The management there was very apologetic but made NO OFFER whatsoever to compensate us. We did not sign up for the insurance, assuming that they were a good business with proper safeguards against theft. We were wrong! About $200 worth of items were stolen from our storage locker. I asked if they would consider giving us a discount on our rental, just as a measure of good business and they refused!!! So, my recommendation: STAY AWAY from this place. It is not really safe and they don't seem to care that it is not safe.

Needed a unit just for a month. The lady in the front was nice but un knowledgeable about the layout, pricing, And actual units. After showing some units I finally decided on one An moved my stuff in. Only to be called back to be told the unit that I was told was climate controlled, was actually not. After the month I got my items and received a call that I had a deposit check to pick up. After a couple days I called to pick up check to be told they mailed it. To the wrong address (after I told the lady up front 3 times on how to spell the name of my road when I was first was getting the unit). Was told just have to wait around for some weeks to see if the check makes it way back etc. not very professional. It's a nice building, but they need some solid employees.
