I've taken a liking to this location having visited several times over the past month usually for breakfast. I've enjoyed the Bahama Mama smoothie but they are packed with extra sugar/sugar substitute so I have been getting the quesadillas, wraps, and the Flatbread. They tend to run under 500 or lower 400 calories and are filling. The ingredients appear fresh and consistently deliver on quality, temperature, and flavor. I've found the serving crews to be responsive, energetic, and cordial and these aspects have made me return time and time again. The fresh cookies at the register are a sweet indulgence that are not overly sweet and make for an easy compliment to your meal.

I order pick-up during my lunch sometimes and it’s always ready before the said pick-up time in the app which I really like. Flatbread is always still hot and smoothie still cold. I love this TSC!

Tropical smoothie Cafe is one of my favorite places, I love smoothies. I have had the peanut butter and banana flatbread and it was fine but not better than what I could make at home for a fraction of the cost. My homemade smoothies never come out as well, so I just go for those. I generally get the detox green and would like to see more options without added sugar. Fruit is sweet on its own, no need for extra sugar. I used to get them on doordash until I realized how much more that cost per smoothie not just in service fees. Now I just order through the app for pickup. Vegetarian options: Aside from the smoothies, there are a couple of vegetarian sandwich options, such as a peanut butter and banana flatbread.

I visited here for the first time last week and had a delicious watermelon mojito. Today I came twice, and both orders were wrong. I ordered a sandwich and asked for no bacon... it was loaded with bacon, but I didn't realize until I had left - so too late to do anything about it - it went in the trash. The second visit today was for smoothies for my kids. One of them was fine, the other was inedible. I don't know what the smell/taste was, but we still have a bitter taste on the back of tongues several hours later after only a small sip. It was so bad, we couldn't even tolerate more than a sip. I have no idea what could cause that... not sure if anything mis-measured in the recipe would cause such a horrible taste and smell? It almost smelled/tasted like a chemical, which is concerning if so.

I usually order on door dash to avoid rude interactions in store. My first time going into this tropical smoothie was so positive because of the staff, especially Kadija. She's an amazing worker. Her kindness made my day!

I love this tropical smoothie location. It’s like minutes away from my house and the employees are fantastic. Especially that young lady that took my order today Kadija. She is a very nice and energetic personality. She has great customer service and really cares about the satisfaction of a customer.

I usually go to the Woodbridge locations for my smoothie … but I came here twice since my mom lives right around the corner. Both times my smoothies tastes like pure spinach. It was disgusting! Both times thrown in the trash and I don’t want to go inside and make a deal about it. But yeah. Never coming here again! They are friendly though.

So disappointing! I keep giving this location a try! Today was the last straw! Hair was buried under my peanut butter! I will just hike it to Woodbridge! Just was excited that Lorton had something!

They charged me regular price during happy hour and then tried to tell me it isn’t happy hour- it was. Every other Tropical smoothie I’ve been to gives happy hour pricing automatically. In my opinion they will lose more business this way than the gain they get overcharging since that is no way to run a business.
