I went to this store on March 12, 2022 around 11:49pm to purchase some snacks. After paying for the snack I wanted to buy some scratch lottery but one guy who claimed to be the owner of the store said the store is closed, I am the owner of the store, I am not selling anything again. So I asked him, this is 711, are you guys not open 24/7? He insisted no we are closed. So I went back to sit in my car and then I saw others enter the store to buy things. I was appalled about his behavior. Can owners of 711 stores now decide who to sell to and who not to sell to?. This guy has a bald head and tall ~Kwame

was at the Paisano's Pizza in Lorton, VA this last Tuesday. They had just opened though the man at the counter was already prepared to accept customer orders. I ordered a pizza with onions and requested no cheese since I'm not supposed to eat cheese. The man correctly made the order and conducted himself professionally. Within 14-minutes the order was done and it was perfect. While I was waiting a few other customers made orders and picked up orders and the man at the counter as well as the manager were nice to them. ~Chris

Great selection. Had the bacon cheese burger pizza. Decent taste. Crust was good. Clean place, friendly staffs. Plenty of parking. Definitely try them out if you’re in the area. I’ll try the pastas tomorrow. ~Audric

I usually order on door dash to avoid rude interactions in store. My first time going into this tropical smoothie was so positive because of the staff, especially Kadija. She's an amazing worker. Her kindness made my day! ~Simone

I can not say enough great things about the UPS Lorton store! I have been using them for several years and always receive excellent customer service. I have shipped valuable and fragile items with them. These items always arrive to their destination safely and complete. I have never had a broken item arrive to it’s destination. They also helped me with all materials for two funerals, including reproducing large photos and making programs. Their work was excellent! In addition, they are so nice and so polite!! Even when they are very busy they take the time to help you - they don’t try to push you out the door. They go above and beyond! I will not go anywhere else!! Highly recommend!! ~Christi

I’ve been with this storage company for a year now and it’s probably the best one that I’ve ever rented as far as customer service and cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the storage on the inside and out is neat in appearance. I would give them a five star rating if it wasn’t for their rate increases that they have every six months. I’ve never had a storage unit that increased their prices twice a year. My rental price for my unit has increased by $100 in a year other BUT other than that great facility! ~Quan

This is my 3rd year at this location and each visit has been a great experience. Emily (eye wear consultant) was able to take advantage of ta last-minute cancellation and book me for an eye exam. While I was waiting, she was extremely patient and helpful while I was trying different frames. After the exam, the manager, Amy, was very helpful as well. She offered a great idea for efficiency by ordering my prescriptive lenses early and then select the frames later. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff are tremendously accommodating and professional. Highly recommend this location! ~Jay

The store is clean and fairly well stocked. Supply chain issues probably contribute to the lack of some items. Employees seem pleasant enough. Didn't need any assistance so I can't comment on that. Plenty of parking out front and the lot was clean. ~Christopher

What a waste of money coming to this place! I will NEVER bring my car back here! They installed a cheap front bumper last year that has continuously popped out of place and one side has now completely detached from my car. When I went to get an oil change another body shop specialist told me that it was clear that my bumper was not retained properly and that i should take it back to the body shop that “fixed” it. As soon as I called the owner Lance to tell him the problem, he immediately got defensive before even seeing my car and told me to bring my car in with a bothered tone. After bringing my car in, it was clear that he had an attitude. There was no initial hello and after a selective glance at my car, no thorough inspection, he found every way to blame me for the problem, took no accountability and provided zero solutions. Last year I told them I wanted all safety features that were damaged on my car fixed. Aren’t properly installed bumpers considered an essential safety feature of a vehicle? I do not believe a thorough inspection was completed on my car before they began their “repairs”. One of the fog light covers has also came off. This is just a mess! $1000 down the drain for poor work completed on a Hyundai Accent. Either way, I’m thankful I found a new body shop specialist that I can trust, a good guy who I can tell really cares about his customers. ~Dani
