What a waste of money coming to this place! I will NEVER bring my car back here! They installed a cheap front bumper last year that has continuously popped out of place and one side has now completely detached from my car. When I went to get an oil change another body shop specialist told me that it was clear that my bumper was not retained properly and that i should take it back to the body shop that “fixed” it. As soon as I called the owner Lance to tell him the problem, he immediately got defensive before even seeing my car and told me to bring my car in with a bothered tone. After bringing my car in, it was clear that he had an attitude. There was no initial hello and after a selective glance at my car, no thorough inspection, he found every way to blame me for the problem, took no accountability and provided zero solutions. Last year I told them I wanted all safety features that were damaged on my car fixed. Aren’t properly installed bumpers considered an essential safety feature of a vehicle? I do not believe a thorough inspection was completed on my car before they began their “repairs”. One of the fog light covers has also came off. This is just a mess! $1000 down the drain for poor work completed on a Hyundai Accent. Either way, I’m thankful I found a new body shop specialist that I can trust, a good guy who I can tell really cares about his customers.

I dealt with Lance on my 2017 Chevy Equinox. The shop did an amazing job restoring the front end after a "bump" that my wife was involved in. I was so impressed with him and his team, that I am going to bring my Acura in to have some paint scratches repaired. I was traveling north on I95 and was hit by a spinning car in my lane. After I was able to get off the highway, I found I was near Fast Lane Collision. I was in a bit of shock and had no idea what to do next. Lance and Janet took complete care of me---helped me talk to insurance and arrange a rental car to finish my trip up to New York. Fast Lane did the estimate, advised about how to handle the insurance options and then had the car (a Honda Odessey) ready for me when I returned and dropped of the rental 10 days later. They did beautiful body work, and the car drove like a dream home to North Carolina. I especially appreciate their efforts to keep costs down and to get the work done in time for my return. I took my car in for minor body repair and to have some questions answered. Long story short, someone caused minor body damage to my care and it was the 3rd attempt to get the body work done PROPERLY. Within minutes of the test drive, Lance already had an idea of the cause and took the car in the same day to confirm his assessment and perform the work. Lance and his team not only fixed what 2 prior body shops were not able to fix, but he was kind and very communicative throughout the process. Hands down, I recommend these guys. It is especially hard to be treated fairly in these matters, especially as a woman. I could not be more pleased with my experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent workmanship. Well matched paint in newly repaired areas in an older vehicle. They provided free pickup and delivery during the virus epidemic with sterile wipe down of the user surfaces at delivery. The vehicle came back well detailed inside and out. Good communication during the repair process. We keep going back for all our repairs because of the quality of workmanship.

I have taken my car to Fast Lane Collision on four occasions. The place is owned and operated by Lance Weisnflu who is a superior mechanic with excellent customer service skills. Their estimates always come in way below any other shop and I have shopped around. They stick to their estimate and never overcharge. They will pick you up and drop you off. Not only do they do outstanding auto body work, but they always return my car fully cleaned inside and out -- and this is no easy task because my car is always a mess. They are great about staying in constant communication about the status of the job and delivering on time. Angelique runs the office and is super polite and can do estimates as well. You can send them a picture and they will give you an estimate via email. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Had some scratches on the driver door jam left by the Dealership (they attempted to cover it up with touch-up paint). The owner here was professional and got my car in quick and out quick as well. This place did a great job fixing it. I would definitely recommend this place of you need some work done on your vehicle.

I had my car repaired here and they were absolutely amazing. They worked very well with my USAA insurance. Once I called the claim and dropped it off at Fast Lane, I didn't have to worry about a single thing. Lance always kept me updated every time something new popped up and he was easy to reach if I had any questions. They were very accommodating to my schedule in the Air Force whenever I needed to drop it off or pick it up. I will most definitely take my car here next time I need work done. My car came out perfect!
