I usually don't add comments to my reviews but I just really wanted to leave a comment this time about how AWESOME Maaco was with handling our vehicle from beginning to end. Bobby went out of his way to help us with the insurance company claim and understanding everything that was going to be getting completed. He was very friendly, professional, and always returned our call in a timely matter. When I got the vehicle back I was so happy at how beautiful the paint job turned out and the workmanship of those guys is AMAZING!! I would definitely recommend Maaco Auto Body Shop in Suffolk. The team over at Maccos did a great job with our Honda Civic. It’s a brand new car so we were wary to take it anywhere outside of the dealership but they made us feel comfortable. Extremely customer friendly. Bobby and Kayla tries to ensure your experience is personalized. I took my faded out 2009 Nissan Maxima after having a run in with tree. Bobby was Awesome! He was able to give an estimate of repairs, order parts, complete the repairs and get my vehicle back to me in less than a month. I was told by other body shops that they couldn't even look at the vehicle for 1.5 to 2 months. The vehicle looks great. Cant even tell work was done on it. I would highly recommend. We bought a really cheap, old, beat up golf cart and wanted to restore it. After doing all of the mechanical stuff ourselves, we realized that the body repairs needed were way too extensive for anything we could handle. I called a few golf cart places who all refused to work on it because of the age and condition. I took it to a different Maaco, and was given an estimate, and then took it to the Maaco on Bridge Road for an estimate. The estimate was more than $300 less and I was told "It won't look brand new, but it will look much better". We went ahead and agreed to have the painting done, and picked it up yesterday. It looks 100% brand new....I have no idea how in the world they made it look as good as they did, but we are beyond thrilled. Our neighbors thought we got a new golf cart. I went in expecting it to take a few hours I told Bobby I work during the week so it was hard to come in during my the week. The service I needed could only be done during the week. Bobby had two guys work on my fender and it was done under an hour. I really appreciated it. Would recommend. Service: Body & Trim
