Best auto repair shop in Suffolk, Virginia (VA) 2024

I usually don't add comments to my reviews but I just really wanted to leave a comment this time about how AWESOME Maaco was with handling our vehicle from beginning to end. Bobby went out of his way to help us with the insurance company claim and understanding everything that was going to be getting completed. He was very friendly, professional, and always returned our call in a timely matter. When I got the vehicle back I was so happy at how beautiful the paint job turned out and the workmanship of those guys is AMAZING!! I would definitely recommend Maaco Auto Body Shop in Suffolk. You definitely won't be treated like a number and you will be happy with the results!! Services: Painting, Body & Trim ~Nicole

Make sure you get a second estimate from another car repair shop before agreeing to any work from here. I made the bad mistake of not doing that and this AAA auto repair shop stuck it to me. They charged me twice what it would have cost me had I have gone to the dealership. When I made a complaint about price gouging I was told I should have gotten another estimate beforehand and that AAA did nothing wrong. I'm sorry taking advantage of long standing members in this manner is WRONG, especially during a pandemic when things are bad enough to start with. Will never go there again nor will any of my family or friends. Complete let down in their reputation. Service: General repairs & maintenance ~Jackie
