Great experience! My daughter had a routine exam for contacts and we had to go back the next day for a class on how to use and properly care for her contacts. Both days, from the time we walked in Amy and Thomas provided excellent customer service, very personable and professional. Dr. Choi really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. We had the pleasure to have Thomas assist us both days, he was incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to explain our options and in addition to the contacts, he helped to pick a pair of glasses she really liked. We left extremely happy. Thank you!

Service was impeccable from the moment we walked in until it was time to leave. Very attentive staff from check-in, to seeing the doctor to picking out glasses. My sister is in the beginning stages of dementia. Although I didn’t disclose that with anyone at the office, they were very patient because it’s obvious to notice. Thomas’s assistance with picking out frames and explaining to my sister and I the difference with progression lenses and costs was well explained.

Went to the Lorton location of MyEyeDr out of simple convenience to my home. The eye doctor himself did fine with my examination, but I was especially impressed with Thomas who helped me order a new pair of glasses and a year's supply of contacts. He worked with me until my new glasses were well below my budgeted price! I was very pleased with my visit!

Thomas is amazing! We felt like we have known him for years when talking with him about lenses. Everyone in the office was amazing. Very friendly staff, smiles all around and made you feel right at home. If you go anywhere else for your eye needs, you’re doing it wrong. Check them out, you will NOT be disappointed.

Wow just wow. Completely speechless. I haven’t been to MyEyeDr in over 3 years. Coming back has been such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is wonderful and soo friendly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. On top of that, one of the staff members, Emily listened to my requests and found a pair of glasses and sunglasses that went with my style. I was so shocked that she was able to do that so quickly. Everyone definitely give this store a try. There are amazing establishments out there and this place is the prime example of that!!!!

The staff is so friendly, helpful and thorough! Emily guided me through the process of choosing my frames when she saw that I was struggling. She was so kind and patient! From exam to paying for my glasses, the staff made the process so easy and made me feel like a valued customer!

Great service! We went for our routine eye exam yesterday, and they were very nice and prompt. We ended up getting new glasses and Thomas helped us get the best options for the best price. The whole process took no more than an hour; super quick and easy. Certainly looking forward to our new glasses.

Today was my first time at this office and the service I received was amazing! Thomas was so kind; he was very patient with me as I struggled but eventually was able to put on my contact lenses. This is my 3rd year at this location and each visit has been a great experience. Emily (eye wear consultant) was able to take advantage of ta last-minute cancellation and book me for an eye exam. While I was waiting, she was extremely patient and helpful while I was trying different frames. After the exam, the manager, Amy, was very helpful as well. She offered a great idea for efficiency by ordering my prescriptive lenses early and then select the frames later. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff are tremendously accommodating and professional. Highly recommend this location!
