There is a woman employee who consistently harps on about customers leaving hangers on the clothing (because it makes less work for the employees) when you check out. I’ve been thrifting for 40 years and this is the only store that has requested that. Taking hangers off the clothing is time consuming which holds up lines at the checkout stand for other customers. Employees have to go through the racks anyway. I really don’t want to shop at a store where I get lectured. This has happened twice. Very annoying.

Prices are higher than most goodwill A lady that works there is always rude and disrespectful

I went to drop off some things and decided to walk around inside the store. This store had nothing in it. As a former employee, these stores used to have slot of donations. My question is, what is happening to all the donations people are donating?

The current manager in this store had been rude on more than one occasion. It's infuriating to jabbe just dropped off donations for them to sell and then to be treated in an ungrateful manner by someone who thinks she'd all that!

In the past several years, we have been downsizing. We prefer to bring our goods to Goodwill in Louisa because they are friendly, glad to see you and are helpful. I’ve also bought items from them and found their assortments are very good, interesting and sometimes even WOW this is fantastic.

There were 3 shoppers in the store without masks on today around 4pm and the staff refused to ask them to use a mask or leave. This puts other customers and the staff at risk. This is very poor customer and staff service.

Great selection and prices on clothes. The Lake Monticello location doesn't accept goodwill coupons but the prices and selection is even better.

First off all I hooked on this place, you can find hidden treasures. Ever been to a store like this in nova but was intrigued with so much people going in there that I had to see. Found some nice crystals and collections items. Love it

This goodwill is over priced? I don't get it! Why should we have to pay two separate prices for night clothes and they come as a set? Why do we have to pay separately for beddings they come as a set? Why is everything in that goodwGoo over priced? Please let me know everything is donated and they are taking advantage of the custermers! Why are they asking custermers to round off Don't they Rob us enough with the over priced stuff in that store already!

Very over priced. I have seen some pretty dirty objects for sale here and some items that should just be on the trash. I would recommend driving further and going to one in Rockville, Va.
