I had a package to mail UPS, and advance auto was in the right place at the right time. Glad to know we/ I had a UPS drop off area in my neighborhood. Thank you advance auto. Oh I was greeted with great customer service

Was informed that my car is a throw away vehicle. Not happy at all. I have a 2014 with 120,000 never had a issue other than the thermostat. Got a bad one went back and told them and thays when i was informed that it was because i have a throw away vehicle. O'Reillys didnt see it that way. They will get my business from now own.

When in to possibly buy a battery. The salesman working was incredibly condescending and not helpful at all when I asked about discounts (we are rewards members). He did not offer to look and see if my current battery was under warranty. Just said that is “170”. When up the road to Auto Zone and purchased comparable battery for $40 less. Done with Advanced Auto on Greensboro Road.

Nobody wants to work there no one wanted to help yesterday and wouldn't go outside he acted like he didn't want to do it and went on to say that is the one and it didn't have all the parts the he tells me it doesn't come with one and it does and finally got him to go check good thing my mechanic had one because I couldn't go get it and they wouldn't bring it to me after it was there fault. Nothing but bad reviews at this location
