Whoever was making announcements over the intercom was incredibly rude. I was the only customer in the store and for half an hour, every two minutes a woman would announcements that the store would be closing soon. I dont know if she was having a bad day but making a store wide announcement 8 times basically telling m to leave is a little much

This Walmart is okay, but not the best of all Walmarts. The other day, the aisles were crammed with lots of items not put away. Staff is fairly helpful.

They did it again. Went to get a bag of dog food. Shelf price said 24 dollars and some change. Went to self check out and it rang up 28 dollars and some change. Of course no customer service people were available. I left with out the dog food…

I really like this Walmart. It has a better selection of items than the Walmart in Farmville. Better service too, cleaner as well.

I have two Walmarts closer to my house but will drive the extra 5 miles to go to Powhatan. The place is clean and beautiful and well stocked! Every time I go I am blown away by the customer service. The staff are friendly and helpful! Thanks.

Rude employees, I got a rotisserie dinner and the mac and cheese was very dry but the chicken was good. As always y'all always have barley any bread.

I stopped at this Walmart to pick up a few items while on a trip. The store seemed cleaner than most Walmart and parking was easier than other Walmart locations. It’s an above average Walmart, but it’s still a Walmart. Go for the convenience and prices - not for the service as there are no associates to assist you on the floor. Like most Walmart, there were long lines for the self checkout lanes.

This Walmart is usually pretty clean. They’re always stocking items when we are there in the general merchandise sections. It seems like the grocery sections are always falling behind. A lot of the grocery items are out of stock for one reason or another. But overall it’s a good store. Do not go for garden items as they do not have much!

The store is always clean and they recently installed more self checkouts. Most of the time things are in stock and it saves you from having to run all the way to Richmond. However if you need help from any of the staff, management included, expect to be treated like you are bothering them. They are not helpful and if you have a question they just shrug and say, I dunno?
