Went to this location when I walked in it was two customers being helped and 6 employees just walking around talking. One guy greeted me and told me he will help me in a few mins. I waited for an extra 10 mins and literally all the 6 workers was walking around doing nothing and I really had a simple question. Nobody stopped me as I walked out they just looked at me this place has very bad customer service

I met a representative Ari today, he was doing his job but I did not go out of his way to help me with transferring my corporate mobile number to a personal number, I have an authorisation confirmation email from my employer and T mobile corporate account expert, account number and pin which is all required, but he saw some error on his side a said he cannot do anything, I insisted I call the their customer care to sort it (which he should have done as I was already in the store) and the on call representative also couldn’t help and had no clue how to resolve it, Ari told me to take new SIM card and then they can work to resolve it, but I requested to make sure first how they will do to avoid me having a dummy line with me just to realise later that they cannot do it, now I am going to another provider thinking it might be easier that way, and yes during all these conversations Ari kept asking me my number at-least 4 times instead of writing it down first time and being proactive. They need to work on training their employees bit better.

We drove from Virginia Beach Landstown Common T-Mobile (100 Miles) to Richmond to see T-Mobile Deatrice Taliaferro to correctly migrate from Sprint to T-Mobile. We found out about T-Mobile Expert Deatrice from our Young ones experience living in Richmond. The rumors were true, Deatrice provided the same exceptional experience today as advertised from family members. I would drive another 1,000 miles to meet Deatrice’s kindness, hospitality and superb service. Thank you as we are forever grateful!

Every time I come to this location I’m dealing with an issue of unprofessionalism. The older African American women with grey hair who is at this location is very passive aggressive and rude every time I go to this location and when you give her the same energy she gives you she switches her attitude. The employees bend the rules for certain customers so when one person has helped me in the past with a certain issue then next time I come in I’m being told that they are not allowed to do something even though I’m the one paying for my insurance on my phone. I can’t wait to leave T-Mobile as a whole.

T-Mobile office 11591 W Broad St Suite A ,was always friendly with good customer services. Everything has changed recently. I needed help printing my account information, a tired aged woman came out of the back room. Her name started with a letter D. She spoke rudely, in a loud voice, did not listen to the end and interrupted me. She showed with all her appearance that she was not interested in what I was going to ask or say. questioned where I bought the phone and I bought it from the Apple store. Finally she said that she couldn’t help and all goodbye, I never felt so humiliated in 13 years in the T-Mobile offices. And yes, I am a loyal customer, I am with T-Mobile for 13 years.

If I could give them no stars I would!!!! This is the absolute worst T-MOBILE store I've ever been to. The older lady who "helped" me to get a new syncup drive, actually caused such a big and bad problem on my account that even customer service said what they did was wrong and had a hard time fixing it. Spent 2hrs on the phone with customer service just to have to go back to the store and get a new device because of her mess up. On top of this, the old lady did not even giving me the promotion on the syncup drive that she messed up. I absolute am disappointed in this store. She is lucky I can't remember her name cause I would surely post it, but she is an older African American lady with grey hair.

The manager Jason at the Willow Lawn Location was awesome, he had the appointment that had been setup by the TMobile Rep when we conversed 2 days prior regarding the upgrade. However, he did not have the phone in the vault. He did call around and located one at the Short Pump location and gave me the name of the person to ask for Mr. ZEE. I went to the new location and Mr Zee quickly connected me with an associate. They retrieved the phone from the vault and reviewed some information with me and it was at this point things went down hill. I was advised I would have to trade my phone in, would have to pay for the phone is was being upgraded to, they did not have the REVVL 5G 128 only the REVVL V5G 64 and that the store could not get a TEVVL 5G 128. I inquired what had changed since I spoke with the TMobile rep a couple of days prior and responded by Mena chart of what the process was. I inquired why my other 2 Samsung A50's were able to be upgraded without anynissuenof cost on my part [since TMobile has determined that these devices would no longer be compatible with TMobile network after 12-31-2021] and they had no answer. I said no thank you and left the store. I did stop by a competitor just down the street and they were glad to assist me, all new phones (6) no cost, she showed me how to order new phones from Sprint/TMobile online while in the competitor store and as soon as they come in the competitor rep said just bring them in and they will reimburse me and transport our numbers.

I think they don't do their best to help me. If there is some problem, they have to let me know how to fix it. But they say it has some problem if you want I'll get you new one that expensive though. I had broken my phone and changed a new phone but it's not compatible. Sprint C.S said you can get a new free sim as T mobile. But they said you need to pay more... what the.... And 18seky they made fun of my phone Who made like this phone lol ya! Who made you guys !!! LOL It's so terrible experiens I don't want to go there never ever ever ever again. I wish it must be shut down that place for everybody except for them.

It's a small store but very bright inside and tables showcasing merchandise is spaced out, so that you're not bumping into anything. The reps were nice and helpful. Easy in and easy out.
