The staff was very informative. There was a very short waiting period. The staff was very friendly.

Lady that greeted us was very nice. The issue is the guy that helped us. I think his name was Bolivar, at least that's the name on the white tag on the little device he used. Took my dad to replace my parents' phones and found a phone he liked. Moto G Stylus 5G priced at $252. When the guy scanned the phone he said they were $299 each. I said it's advertised at $252. He checked with another guy that came out the back room and said it's a different generation. Well the sign didn't say anything about generations and there was no separate generation modeled in store. This is a blatant case of false advertising and scamming customers. They refused to sell it to us at the correct price. My dad went ahead and paid since my parents phones no longer work due to phone companies killing old phones with updates after a few years. On our way out the door I handed the guy the sign and mentioned I didn't know what he wanted to do with it. He actually said he's just going to put it back and keep scamming customers. The nerve of this guy. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. See pictures for proof of price scamming and false advertising.

Excellent customer service from Chris! I purchased a new phone and had difficulty bringing over some applications. Chris took time brought the application over and then provided some other assistance which made the phone much easier to use. I definitely will go to this location again and would recommend you ask for Chris for your phone needs!

Walked right in and was assisted by the manager. Once I explained what was going on with my phone he knew immediately how to fix it. The rest of the staff was great as well. Hope this type of service is continuous!

Exemplary service, especially with difficult customers, particularly from the manager. Anyone complaining about T-Mobile service should visit Verizon wireless service for 5 minutes.

We have been to the Midlothian location twice recently and we got top notch service. We worked with Christopher both times and he was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, and helped fix our issues in a timely manner. The whole store is really nice and all the employees are super helpful.

Bad experience here. Very rushed. Focused on speed rather than accuracy. Botched phone changeover. Did not want to help me afterwards via telephone. Insisted I return to the store, which I did, but phone still not working properly. Left with a screwed up new phone and at this point can't see going back to this location AGAIN, so will have to go to another store or to Apple to get properly restored. Did not have similar troubles when this was a Sprint location. Do not recommend Save yourself trouble, go to another location or, better yet, go with another company.

I will avoid this location from now on. Antisocial atmosphere there. I got questions answered and my phone reset but that was easy stuff. The experience was unpleasant. One sales rep looked like he was going to help just looked at me and walked away to use a display case for his gym and the one that helped me did very begrudgingly. I'm stuck with a glitchy phone that should be covered by warranty, she was like so what, all phones can be glitchy. Honestly, now that I'm less annoyed, seemed like I walked into an SNL skit.

We went into the Midlothian location today to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile and to add my mother to my account. We met with Bryan. He was very patient and was great helping my mom understand her new phone. I'm greatful and very pleased with our experience today. I highly recommend this location and Bryan.
