Holtzman installers Rodney and Pedro did an excellent job installing our new propane tank today! They were very professional and courteous, and also showed respect for our property. We will gladly recommend Holtzman Propane to everybody we know! Update 06/20/2022: Based on a history of excellent service from Holtzman Propane in providing a large propane tank to supply our Generac 24 KW generator, we decided to also get a propane gas log fireplace insert from the Holtzman team. KeeAnn provided terrific customer service during the sales and installation process. Wes showed his expertise and experience in scoping our complex rural property. Finally Installers Doug and Cohen did a fantastic job over 2 days installing our new Kozy Heat Roosevelt 34 gas log fireplace insert. In addition they ran a kitchen propane line for a future dual fuel oven. We also wish to thank Manager Aaron for visiting on short notice to reconnect a well pump electrical cable which Miss Utility had overlooked. We highly recommend Holtzman Propane for anything related to propane!

If these drivers are based on how fast they drive, then the one delivering to Phelpsmore Lane should win. I've never seen anyone drive as fast on a LANE as this driver did today! I even ran outside and tried to yell at him AFTER HE HAD BEEN ADMONISHED!! He completely ignored me!! He needs to be fired.

Joe was very thorough and very professional. He took the time to check and test our propane system for leakage even though it was raining. He answered our questions as we are first time users of propane gas in our home. He also offered some very good suggestions on how to maintain the system and the appliances that use propane. We were very pleased with the work he did.

It took a little while for their system to calculate my propane levels correctly when I decided to become an autofill customer. But I was used to watching my tank levels anyway so at first when it was getting a bit low I scheduled a delivery on my own, which is now easy to do through their website. They've always delivered to me within a day or two even when they're super busy (last time was in the middle of a deep freeze). It looks like the system is on track with my account now, too - it just took a couple of fills so they knew my typical usage. As a proactive customer I have never run out of propane using their service, and when it's my heat source on the line I don't mind checking the tank levels myself every so often instead of relying on a computer system.

I was so impressed with Tim when he came to do the bi-annual inspection of my heating and cooling systems. He called me 10 minutes before arriving at my house to let me know that he was on his way. He asked if it was okay to park where he did, he put on plastic boot covers before coming inside. He was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what he was doing and asked if I had any questions. Tim is a true asset to your company.

I do NOT recommend this company at all. We use Quarles and have them fill our tank at the house we rent because the tank is privately owned. We were gone on vacation, and when we came back, tried to use our stove to make something to eat and it wouldn’t work. We go outside to check the tank because we had just put propane in it a week prior to this and our 500 gallon tank was GONE. There were no notes or anything left ANYWHERE. We filed a police report because we thought someone stole the tank. Well, come to find out, this company came and took the tank while we were gone because according to them it’s their tank and had been inactive for a year and a half. There was nothing even on the tank indicating that it was their tank!!spoke to several different people, one being the manager and the only thing they offered to do for the whole situation was give us the difference of the amount of propane that was left in the tank after taking out the fees they charged to come get the tank, which was about $17 or we could start getting our propane through them and they would bring the tank back out with our gas in it but we had to pay around a $75 fee for them to check the lines! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Thankfully quarles cares about keeping our business with them and brought us out new tanks and accommodated us throughout the whole situation. Why would we want to use a company so shady who took a tank that didn’t even belong to them with a different companies propane in it?! And left NO trace of where it went!!!

Terrible service I’ve been with this company for years all you do is fight with them. I have a large tank in the ground, get a leak you can depend on this they make an appointment buts it’s days away??? A leak for goodness sake, then they tell you oh you use your propane up and it’s highly unlikely that much leaked out. We will charge you 175$ an hour though to make sure nothing is really wrong. I hate this company it’s all for it’s own agenda and could care less about the customer. I am ending my service once and for all after this last problem the leak I don’t trust them and I would never recommend them in my right mind.

Is there a star rating lower than 1? You're taking customers' money (thousands of it) and promising propane deliveries, then refusing to deliver it. FOR WEEKS. This is all happening during this cold streak, where the lows are as low as 7 degrees and the highs are seldom above freezing. You're putting people's lives at risk and stealing their money. Many of these people purchased propane back in DECEMBER and were assured a next day delivery, and still do not have heat for their homes. People are destroying you in comments on Facebook over the weekend, and despite being "closed" and "unable to deliver" propane people paid for back in December, you're able to pay some to log into Facebook and delete customer comments! Save your money and go elsewhere. Fixing frozen pipes isn't worth it!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Zero customer service. We would never have done business with Holtzman had we known how they operate and how they treat customers. They're completely dishonest and NEVER deliver whats promised. Completely disgraceful experience. Avoid Holtzman at all costs. You've been warned!
