One pump credit/ debit card reader didn't work, so I went to another pump and it was super slow, took almost 10 minutes to fill up

Lady who works upfront is always screaming into her cellphone, which would be fine if she wasn’t in the process of ringing people up. She asked me three times what I needed because she was more worried about her phone call. Used to stop here every morning onmyway to work, but I go to shell now. Smh.

Car Wash: it's good for a rinse not a clean rinse though. The wash does not really get everything off of car, the rinse is horrible it's like it's being sprayed with a water gun from the dollar store. The drying fans just move the water around, they don't dry. They need to get maintenance to work on the system to at least have a decent car wash for the prices they have.

Both cashiers (mother and son) treated me very disrespectful. Its the worst costumer service in my life. Manager needs to teach them respect.

Well, I found out that my full size truck is likely classified as an oversize vehicle here. Specifically, I went through the car wash as I was under the height limit, and not to tight on the sides. I noticed while in the car wash that my driver side mirror which I had tucked in had been caught and extended as it would while I am driving. Not crazy violent, but yanked out nevertheless, I finished up the car wash got out and pulled my other mirror out so I could see on both sides. Didn't notice anything particularly off with the view. I had a service appointment the following week at the Toyota Dealership. There I was informed my mirror was loose. Surprise, I bought this used car in near perfect condition. Took me about 5 minutes to realize what had happened. When this lovely machine caught my mirror, it apparently caught it hard enough to not only pull it open, but to pull it loose from it's mooring as well. So for my $12 wash, I received $300-$400 worth of damage. I will be following up with the corporate office but my expectations are low.

Edit: I uploaded a photo, but maps won't show it to me to fix the caption. Anyway, it's 12\13\19, the cherry Sprite I bought last night expired 12\11\19. I'd check every date of purchased products from here, and if it doesn't have one, skip it. Gas, car wash, store with decent selection of food, drink, alcohol, snacks, tobacco products, etc etc. It's (+)1 up from the gas station store by my house.. I'm in a different hotel every weekend for work and I'm appreciating this place being a 30 sec walk across the parking lot this weekend. It's an easy 4 out of 5

Staff is friendly. Store is usually always clean. Plenary of room to get gas with multiple filling stations. Drive thru car wash is a plus.

Just got ripped off for ten dollars by the clerk behind the desk. Bought two bic lighters, handed him a 20 and realized on ny way out he had only given me 6 dollars change. Handed him my receipt to check and he said I only gave him a ten. Tonight, when his shift ends, and his drawer is 10 dollars over, I'd like my money back. Look at all of your security tapes from 11:20 am on Saturday, June 17th, you will see I handed him a 20... bad attirltude, ripped me off and argued with me. Kept my receipt, too. Terrible service.

Paid 12 bucks for a car wash only to have to bring it home and re-do it anyway. Looks likes it was even touched. Just got robbed.
