Used to LOVE this store. It was my go-to when I wanted to purchase household items. But now…it’s an bleak “inventory desert.” You just can’t find a lot of things in here anymore. I usually have to go to one of the other cities (if I’m lucky). I always check online to see if this store has what I want and 8 times out of 10 they don’t. It a sad state of affairs. Hope with the restructuring I read about several weeks ago will improve the customer shopping experience.

Customer service was excellent. Star was clean and well stocked. We did find everything we were looking for on our list. It's always very nice to go shopping at bed bath & beyond at this location. Do miss Brad! We will be continually shopping at this location.

I got a stroller as a baby shower gift, with. Gift receipt, but when I tried to return it to the store, I was told I couldn't because I opened the box. After consulting with a very rude manager, I decided it was best to take it up with corporate. I called and was told I should return to the store and it would be returned. They had consulted with the manager and I could return. I called to confirm with the store and yes, I could get the return at the store. So I went back to return the stroller.and I guess they were not lying, but they failed to tell me there would be a 50% restocking fee because it was open, and another 20% because the purchase originated at a different store. The new manager I was dealing with smuggly asked if I wanted $50 back from a $200 purchase. Despicable

I visited this location one Sunday afternoon. Service was great. The young lady that assisted me was fantastic. She did an excellent job helping me ship my purchase. There was only one problem, the product was broken when it got to my destination!

Ugg dark night blanket is amazing! When I couldn't find this prodding on the floor the staff was amazing and found it for me. Great service. Great prices. Store smells good too 😃

We liked the well lit store although the shelves were not very well stocked and were missing many items. I do like that they have courteous staff willing to always help. I think the checkout counter to proceed to when ready to checkout is not very clear and can result in confusion when all of the regular cashier's are lit off and customer service is acting as a cashier ....
