We got a 16 piece vegetarian pizza. We did not like it. The cheese was odd. It was not melted and pizza did not taste good. It was also on the expensive side.

As it says on the door, "if you're in a hurry, you're in the wrong place!" But it's worth the wait!! Best Italian-American food I've had since I lived on the East Coast. Bread is fresh and savory. Bravo! * Don't miss the canolis! *

We ordered pasta take out one night. The spaghetti with meatballs was good, but the sausage pasta was incredible. Honestly the best red sauce I’ve ever had. I was so surprised. The cannoli for dessert was pretty terrific too.

“If you’re in a rush, you’re in the wrong place!” reads the sign on the door. I went in for lunch on a peak season Sunday. The sign says open but the door was locked. None of the several people got up to let me in or take my order. I rang the door bell. Still no one moved. I went somewhere else that appreciated my business.

Charged me $40 in cash for a 16" two topping thin crust pizza (not sicilian). they don't list their prices on-line so buyer beware.

We had lunch at this place. We got veggie pizza. Pizza has insane amount of capers. Capers are a pretty odd topping so would have appreciated if they had asked before adding that many capers. The place owner was quite cold. Customer relations is not his strong suit it was quite evident. He made sure to lock his shop’s door while we were outside deciding. He had a don’t care attitude towards customers.

You ring a doorbell to order and the guy and took our order. No dine in but he allowed me to sit inside since I was walking and 8.5 mths pregnant. He warned us the pizza would take awhile as he was there by himself working but wasn’t to bad of a wait considering. The pizza was okay. Probably a 6-7/10. Seems like a very hit or miss spot!

Place was not open for dine in. Only take out. One has to ring a bell, they'll take your order at the door and bring you your pizza in a few min. Only cash accepted. I ordered two cheese slices (picture attached is one slice cut up in two pieces). I got the sense that the person thought for a second before he told me I'd have to pay $5 per slice. And by saying he had to heat up the pizza, I feared it wouldn't be fresh. Was it fresh? No, I don't think so. Was it tasty? Just average. Was it over priced? Yes; $5 a slice for a cheese pizza that was reheated was certainly not worth it. Will I go back here? No. I feel bad for them coz it seemed like they weren't doing good business. But coz of some of the points mentioned above, I doubt they are making an effort in bringing back customers.

So gross!!! We ordered three pizzas and they all looked and tasted like they had been reheated. We ended up just throwing it all away it was that bad. Considering our order cost $84 (no joke) I would have had better luck grabbing a frozen pizza from the grocery store for $8. Not sure how this guy is even still in business?? Total fraud!

Getting a pizza here is the full authentic Brooklyn experience. The owner, the pictures in the restaurant, and most importantly the pizza all exceeded expectations. We ordered on the 4th of July right before close and the owner took good care of us.
