Food was amazing, best on the island and the staff is extremely delightful and welcoming to guests! Specially Mike's cafe owner Mike, Suzie the manager and Forest! Chef Dean and Josh to a fabulous job with the vegaj dishes that are unbelievable. Make sure you say HI to them.

Take-out order review! My sister and I ordered take-out to take on the ferry back to Anacortes. Our order of 2 sandwiches was ready in 20 mins - fantastic! We split a Reuben and the Portobella Po Boy. Both were amazing! Though the Po Boy tasted on the salty side after a few bites. We both agreed that we'd order both items again. Green salad side was great - raspberry vinaigrette, sunflower seeds, and golden cherry tomatoes over mixed greens. Can't wait to visit again and dine in this time!

Super disappointing. We waited forever for somebody to wait on us, nobody wiped down our table, they forgot my drink, we ordered an appetizer because we were starving and it came out with our meal, we ordered the "super salad" which is almost $25 and it was a little bigger than your average side salad, and to top it off they then forgot my meal. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the food is decent.

They have lovely indoor dining and two charming outdoor patios to choose from. This is definitely our first choice as a local. Our personal favorite dishes? Their Sweet Potato Tacos and both the Szechwan Sizzle and Thai Noodle Bowls. SO! DAMN! GOOD! They get busy because they are so good, even on Monday nights, so going early is suggested. They have a huge wine selection as well, but the amazing food is what draws the crowds. Excellent staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

A fabulous Vegan restaurant establishment in the island. Couldn’t ask for more in such a small town and surprisingly the food is amazingly delicious and people are kind. A must visit place when you’re in the San Juan islands.

Vegan, fun way to get my family to try vegan replacements I do wish there was more variety in the menu would be my one qualm, but the service is fantastic and the food is pretty good none the less We had the caprese to start off with, which was a special that day and my favorite part. Then I had a BLTA (unphotographed) which was good but the salad I wasn't crazy about. My father had the Szechuan bowl which was good but it just was something I can and have made at home and for the $20 didn't seem worth it. If I were to do it again I would get the hummus platter as my main course, and with that I would go here another time. The cannolis were fun, the chocolate also seemed very popular

LOVE this establishment AND the people! My husband and I wandered in mid afternoon and were greeted with friendly helpful service and the food was fabulous! We also sat outside in the back in a beautiful garden oasis complete with a cute water feature. We had chips and salsa-the lightest tastiest chips (not your ordinary) and oh so yummy homemade salsa with all fresh tomatoes etc. I also had the hummus plate. The homemade hummus was very tasty, naan was soft & warm and veggies were crisp like they just came out of the garden! We were on island 5 days, we ate everywhere and THIS IS THE BEST ON THE ISLAND! Oh, and it’s vegan too-even my meat eating husband LOVED it all.
