Usually I'd rate a 4 or 5 star, although my last visit I bought a Front door, that had damage so the person helping me load it discounted it. When we were checking out the manager basically radioed the employee that helped me and demanded an explanation from him (in front of me) and Reprimended him (in front of me on the radio) and explained the proper way to discount items. It basically made me feel like it was my fault he got in trouble because of the lack of professionalism from the Manager in front of customers. Also, lately they keep making a stink about military discounts when I go in to shop for my father that's a Veteran. Seems like every other time someone says I can't do that, EVEN THO I can. I'd suggest Lowes do a bit more customer service training in Management.

Curtis really helped me out with getting some durarock for my renovation. I threw my back out recently and he helped me load up the heavy cement sheets with a smile. I really appreciate the great customer service.

I ordered a pallet of wood this summer, and most of it was fine. I had a long project and didn't go through the pile very fast. When I got to the middle of the pile, I discovered a termite nest. When I called Lowes it took multiple attempts to even speak to someone, I was on hold for hours. When I finally got through, they told me that after 90 days they cannot do anything for me. Now I have a termite nest in my back yard that Lowes delivered and have to figure out how to get rid of them without any getting into my house.

Asked an employee for help with an air blower. I'm not very knowledgeable and the staff was awkward to interact with and left me feeling embarrassed. I ended up not purchasing what I needed from this store because I did not feel comfortable

We came in on Nov 6 to purchase a stove. Davaugn Browne-Jones, is a five star customer service personal. Davaugn is very knowledgeable, has a great personality and extremely helpful. We we’re going to purchase the newer look stove with air fry and convection then decided to upgrade to the one with bigger burners unfortunately it was not in stock, Davaugn called the Bellingham store a located one there for us. Thank you Davaugn for all your help wish we could have made the purchase through you. Dianne & Kevin Echols

I have been shoping here for a couple weeks now. Brian in plumbing is a wiz! Store manager, I'll get his name next time, is always hustling! Didn't realize he was management until recently. He's mixed paint for me, directed me to different parts of the store, helped me locate product, and just recently, acted as management when there was a small pricing dispute. He got me taken care of quickly, and professionally, then thanked ME for shopping with them. I am very pleased with the Mt. Vernon Lowes. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

My husband and I recently purchased a refrigerator freezer for over $2,000 from Mount Vernon Lowe's after several attempts to get it delivered and being told it would be at our home at a particular time in a 4-Hour span we were stiffed twice. Needless to say we are CANCELING THE ORDER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY NONEXISTENT. Will never shop here again. NO stars !!!!

I've been shopping at Lowe's for years and I have visited stores at many different locations across the country but I can honestly say that this is the cleanest and most well-stocked store that I have visited in the last couple of years. They had plenty of staff on the floor and all of them were friendly and helpful. This is not the closest store to my home, but I will definitely shop here in the future.

If you are getting an appliance delivery, make sure they have the correct phone number. They screwed up my number and then I didn't get my delivery and my friend had to take a day off of work just to get the delivery. Never shopping at Lowe's again!
