Malik was very professional. Not sure if he still works there. Odd layout. Good idea to put a tarp on the floor to avoid damage from moisture, in non heated unit. Good to store stuff in water proof containers. Buy a good lock.

I crammed one of these units with my stuff in 2019 and headed up to AK for what was supposed to be a temporary summer visit, but has now turned into my permanent residence. Even though I was over 2000 miles away, the communication and assistance I got from Malik here at Save On Storage has been phenomenal and on point. I found myself in a few unique situations where I needed help regarding my unit and Malik and his team were able to help me out every single time. Everything was done quickly and I never had any issues or snags with their service. It was top notch friendly service and if I ever find myself in need of storage in this area again, this will be the only place I would call.

If you’re looking for a place with fantastic customer service and good priced storage, this is the place. Why? Because of the outstanding customer service provided by one of their employees in particular, Malik. I don’t usually write reviews for places, but when I do, it’s for stand up customer service that is provided. Malik went above and beyond to help me with my storage unit. Due to unexpected circumstances, I had to cancel the storage unit and Malik made sure I was taken care of and was not only personable, but was very helpful throughout the process. I lost the keys to my storage unit and they were able to take care of it easily. Everything just felt incredibly easy in general. Fantastic crew you have here. This is the place to go in Mount Vernon if you need a storage unit! You will not be disappointed I can promise you this. If you’re like me and like to have things organized and smooth, this place has it down perfectly with all their processes in place.

I had an amazing experience with Save On Storage because of Malik. He was able to get me the closest storage unit available to the gate, so the movers could quickly unload the truck into the storage unit. The customer service was amazing, Malik knew my name every time I called because I had to keep pushing out our meeting to sign the contract and get the unit. He did an excellent job, amazing customer service! I will recommend SOS to everyone!

The site is clean and quiet and safe, and easy to navigate. I highly recommend Mount Vernon's Save on Storage facility. At SOS we have used big and small spaces, heated and unheated. Great place and people.
