I came in before our last camping trip to pick up a few last minute things. Inventory of RV items is second to none. You are most likely going to find what you need. Unfortunately finding someone to ask where something is can be very hit or miss. It all depends on which employee is there. I have had great customer service in the past, however, last time I was in, the only employee on the sales floor I saw was busy talking with another customer that she obviously knew, and didn't seem interested in helping the several other people walking around the sales floor. I finally found all the items I needed and when I went up to pay, the cashier who was there had a transaction she needed assistance with so she asked the same employee who had been talking to her friend to open another register. This employee did not seem happy about having to do that and that attitude came across loud and clear with her cold, impatient, demeanor. Also, if you are going to give me the same canned response everyone else gets who had a bad experience here, just don't bother. I'm not interested in emailing some corporate customer service person.

What a waste of time and money! It will be a cold day in hell before I walk through their doors again, or any camping for that matter. Absolutely the worst dealer experience I have ever had. You lost a cash sale today and a customer for life. The fact that you you overpaid in trade for an RV is not my problem.

Recently I have begun to look to upgrade my Class B Mercedes’ Coachman Galleria to a bit larger RV class A or C. In my. Is it to Camping World in Pasco Jason Williams was the sales rep I encountered. He was very helpful in showing me various RVs on 2 separate occasions. Very informative, knowledgeable and if he was unable to answer my questions he found out the information. He also allowed me the no pressure atmosphere I needed as this will be my first RV purchase as a widow. I want to know the RV is going to allow me the comfort and ability to do travel the way I want to do it with the comfort and independence I need as a single female and veteran. Thanks Jason for all your help, assistance, and follow up allowing me the time I need to properly make my decision.

Jason Williams was very helpful and got us set up with our trailer purchase even though we lived in California. He sent us pictures of repairs that were done and kept us informed of when the trailer would arrive.

Hi, I just wanted to say that Jason Williams from Camping World of Pasco Was extremely expedient in terms of helping me turn aound a purchase of a camping trailer to be utilized as a temporary landing base while I work Far from home It is a Jayco trailer that has everything I need including a micro bathtub! It’s only 15 feet and provides exactly the space I need for me and my 6.5 pound dog! Jason was extremely helpful, went above and beyond and I am grateful for the service he provided me in a stressful time. Kudos to Camping World and to Jason Williams.

Sales is amazing, walk threw and finances too. After you sign paperwork different story. Not impressed! Lots of lack of communication all around, Between departments. Disappointed in so many ways!! Was VERY stressful! Should been a fun and exciting day to get our trailer. ;(

I thought things went well at first. Joe came out from behind the service desk to show me the plumbing item I asked for after handing him the broken part. He then suggested I use tape around the threads and reinforce it with silicone. He hands me the silicone and the part and I go pay. I'm about to get into the car when I notice there was no tape. I go back in, grab the tape off the shelf and head over to Joe to make sure I need to get it. He calls over someone else and asks him whether I need tape or silicone. Other guy says 'tape' only. I just bought the silicone! Joe says sorry. I buy the tape and go home. I open the part and it has internal threading and the part I gave Joe has external threading. I call Joe and he says Sorry! He says they have tried to get in the external threading but have not been able. I asked him for help and he did not take the time to make sure he was giving me the right information. Now, I have to drive 9 miles to return the two things I didn't need and go to Ace Hardware to get the correct part. It is after hours so I had to go buy some jugs of water just to be able to flush my RV toilet.

Had a great experience with no fooling around. Al Cadinha made us feel at home with no pushing or weird sales tactics. Just took what I was looking for and found them for us. He answered any questions when we had and always forthcoming. Definitely recommend to my friends and family. Pricing was lower than NADA couldn't find a better deal anywhere else.

I am currently the owner of a 2020 (sold as new) keystone alpine that was purchased in March of 2021. The unit has been riddled with problems. It started with a barely performing propane heating system and malfunctioning cooking system. Straight off the lot it didn't work. I have attempted to contact the sales staff of this group about the situation and they have all but ignore my requests. I refrained from publicly posting until tonight, the last straw. While camping this evening, I switched the cool to heat using the heat pump. I heard an odd noise outside and went to investigate. Nothing so returned to my bed and 5 minutes later nearly a half gallon of cold water poured onto me through the ceiling heating system vent. I've never purchased such a poorly constructed item in my entire life. The service and sales of this group is appalling. The BBB will be contacted and return of funds will be expedited or litigation is forthcoming.

Couldn’t have been happier with our experience today, came in looking for Two trailers left with one, I’m sure I’ll be back to have Susan Gillespie sell our family the next trailer we desire.. She was friendly and knowledgeable, loved the fact to took her time to get to know us and what we wanted!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you Susan!!! “UPDATE AFTER SIGNING”..... NO WE WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO CAMP WORLD!!! After doing the walk through and finding a few issues, the batteries wouldn’t work, the electric jack didn’t work the generator didn’t work.. the awning was ripped.. we were told these things would be taken care of. Came back to get the unit.. the only thing really taken Care of was the awning... the “New batteries” were in fact not new at all. Our unit wouldn’t work. There were scratches on the unit that were not there during our walk through. The service manager told me he couldn’t prove if they did it or if we caused the scratches... Glen the financial manager treated my husband like we were a burden to him.. it was overall a horrible experience, we planned on buying another trailer. But I will never ever buy from camp world again, leaves me in tears how much we spent there to be treated like we’re nothing and lied to...
